There was a charge on my PayPal MC for $331.40 on September 5th, and I am not even sure how they got my information.
Not to mention, I have AT&T....didn't even know who Spectrum was until I called the toll free number on my statement.

This number called my cellphone twice in one day.  Came up as 'missed call'.   I don't have voicemail on my cell.  I also never give out my cell phone number, so don't know where they got it from.

Called cell id as unknown, no message left. Googled # to learn it was spectrum which I’ve never had

The number may belong to Spectrum but there no guarantee the call was from them. Scammers frequently spoof legitimate phone numbers.

I have a $56 charge from Spectrum?? with the reference showing this number followed by MO.

They called to confirm my address..should I be worried because who ever called knew my address.

Call ID was Spectrum net. Man with poor English said my internet was not working properly and guided me to a remote access site, at which point I hung up. My real Spectrum contact had no knowledge.

I agree some one is spoofing Spectrum, I would not give out any information to this number. I already have Spectrum and the equipment updates itself.After telling this to the person on phone they hung up.

came to my home address,,, saying i did not pay on my bill. not true. paid every month.

Had a message left on my cell phone today from this number. Supposedly it was Spectrum saying they were confirming there was a loss of service in my area and for me to call a # (different than the one they called from) to schedule a service appointment. Must be a scam because our service is not down and Spectrum has our home # on file, not my cell. I blocked the #.

Please don't post someone's personal information on an open forum such as this. It's not safe.
