ID said Spestum, he want'd to come to my house snd fix my cable reception at 8 PM.

Caller ID showed Spectrum. Robocall was an automated recording saying that changes had been made to my Spectrum account and to contact them.

Received a call from this number at 4:14 pm ET. Caller ID showed "Toll Free Call".  This 800 number is registered to "Porting.com LLC DBA ATLaaS."  so I doubt they are Time Warner and/or Spectrum.

Phoned my personal cell during work hours. Did not leave a message. I do not have service with Spectrum, so I assume this was either a cold sales call or a spam call. Either way, I'm on the "do not call" list, so they shouldn't be calling me.

I do have any business with Spectrum. No spectrum internet, phone or any other service. I called Spectrum today to see if there was an fraudlent account connected to my phone number/name. The agent said he didn't see anything and I have no spectrum account. I provided him with the charge phone number and he did not recognize it. He recommended to reach out to my bank and look for other charges.

Called me yesterday Feb 13 1:34 pm after I already scheduled a troubleshoot appt visit w charter spectrum for today at 11 am for internet dropping out and being signed out of their app four times since they upgraded their app  no message was left on my voicemail and being that said I believe it was a spoof perhaps a tech wanted to come ahead of the appointment if so he would have left a voicemail so I'm going to state it was a spoofed hacker. We have swapped out our modem router twice now due to hackers. Lived here 3 yrs now issues until the upgradeed equipment and upgrades to the app. Beware I used to work for a fed classified energy service company so I believe creeps are infiltrating my network. You will never know the extent of creepy ppl in this world
