Called left a dirty nasty messages saying they have my SS number for a case and to call 1-855-764-8926

said they were going to put me in jail, and hack my tax return, because they compromised my SS#

they've somehow hacked into e-file tax preparation. who also mysteriously suddenly delete their emails, ect, so you cna't respond to them. I think it originates in Cambodia of all god forsaken scam places

I have been asked to review this matter and I wanted to give you a chance to provide a statement on your behalf prior to my recommendation being made. It is imperative I speak with you to discuss this matter further. I can be reached directly at 1-855-764-8926 and when returning the call please refer to file number E55470. Courtesy message documented.

Same crap. An Allison Schrader left an automated message of the same nature and that it was urgent that I call back and that my name and social security number were attached to a case of some sort. This requires action on their part and I must make a statement. If they call back, I'm sure they won't be able to furnish me with the proper information that I request about an account that I am supposedly delinquent after all those years or give me something that sounds legit. I am not about to give them any of my personal information including my address if they don't already know it they have no business calling me in the first place. I will let them know that any and all documents requesting my presence in a court of Law must be sent to my lawyer. My lawyer shall represent me and continue with any procedures as he sees fit. To my knowledge I am not or never have been delinquent Or owe any money to any creditor. This is so bogus, it stinks

Lol I just got the same voicemail. Word for word. That’s crazy!!!! I almost called back but decided to look it up. Thankfully I did thanks guys!!

They or she "Allison S."  also called from (888) 203-1477. They seriously need to get a real job instead of trying to scam people.

I had received a voicemail back in May 2019 from Sarah Schrader at the 855764 number.  I decided to call these suspicious messages which others turned out the number doesn't exist, which scammers do this, one turned out to be a company wanting to sell me a fall alarm system.   Now Sarah claimed I owed a pay loan company, Everest (which I never heard of) over $1100 for a $513 loan, which I told them that I never took out.  I asked for some documentation on this which I never received and they said that the only thing that they would send me would be a court order to appear in court and they said they wanted to see if I wanted to settle out of court and hug up on me.  I'm glad that I decided to look up Sarah's name and find this.  Although she also shows up as a attorney in NY, but this may be a different Sarah Schrader.

Said I owed on a payday loan.
Without giving my personal info I asked for the date of supposed debt.
They said 8 years ago !
I laughed and said I never had a payday loan and have you heard of the statute of limitations on debt ? You can’t sue.
They hung up lmao
