I believe this is some kind of scam.  They have been calling for several years now.

This number called me saying I have an upaid autoloan. I knew that was a lie, because I pay cash for my lil hooptie. The message says its a Alison Trader but its really a guy. 18557648926 but also has a 704 number. I blocked him.

"(Your name), my name is Allison straighter. I am reaching out to you today as a courtesy in regards to documentation that was placed attached to your name and social security number. I have been asked to review this matter, and I wanted to give you a chance to provide a statement on your behalf prior to my recommendation being made it is imperative. I speak with you to discuss this matter further. I can be reached directly at one 855-764-8926 and when returning the call please refer to file number (xxxxxx) courtesy message documented."

You have to post in Search under that number.

IRP left a message on my phone saying I have to make a statement and my name was used in a fraud investigation. If I do not comply by the end of business day I will be turned over to the State to be prosecuted.

Debt collection/process server extortion scam.  The state does not prosecute people because they didn't pay a bill.  If they did we would need a lot more cops, judges, DA's, and prisons.

I just recieved a call from 605-638-9578 and they stated they were with IRP and associates and that my name and last 4 of social was going to be served. the guy was Mr. Johnson... such scammers.

Same as those listed above. Call before I make a recommendation before proceeding and use this case number.  Call 855-764-8926. They called from 734-335-0829 so scrambled numbers. Thanks to everyone for your posts! I would have called but now I will not! I will file complaints.

Got this same message today, except it was fourth and final attempt.  Called from 410-231-7397

I got a call n they left a voice mail they call from all different type of phone numbers saying they need to deliver me papers - the message left on today 01-12-2018 states Sarah Schrader the exact same message you got. They call me every other day from different phone number n leave voice message n I have downloaded the vm n saved to my computer n I filed my complaint n attached the Vm. Even when they go bankrupt they try they scams under another business name.

Left a pre-recorded voice message in 3 parts -  first a male voice announcing a call for me, using my name, then "Alison Schrader" recording saying a case filed against my social security number and wanted to give me an opportunity to comment before making her recommendation (???) and that I should call 855-764-8926 and refer to case number - third recording with a 'case number'.

called on number 973-288-9708 and said to call them back at 855-764-8926.  The person's name is Allison Schrader an electronic voice - truly fraudulent!!  Same message as everyone else's, that they need to discuss a matter with me before they make their recommendation.  The same person and her friends tried the same thing 5months ago.  Truly scammers!!!

They just called me and i called them back three time talk with a Stacey and Micheal who both was very rude called me names and hung up on me. When i called the local number that was used to call me Micheal picked up and had me on speaker phone both times. Yelling in the office space because i could here to back ground of the typing and phone calls being made. Yelling i was calling back again and on the line. Once i looked up the name of the so called company IRP this is what came up. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They was rude and treat me because i was asking questions on the so called settlement they was calling me on that was more then seven years ago in another state. Once i told them to send the account to me in writing and gave them my address they was rude. You can play a player i work in collections it don't work that way one it is past the time frame to collect and two by law you have to provide the account in writing before it can be sent to collections.

I just got a call saying the same thing, the said they had my ssn and wanted my aide of the story. Scam suspician

Received call from this number from an "Alison Shrader" stating something about getting our side of the story before filing it on my SSN.  I let the answering machine record it.

Just got a phone call from 443-258-9368.  It was a voice recording of a very loud rude male telling me he was calling about a declined bank transaction and I needed to call back.  They instructed me to call 855-764-8926.  I don't think so.  This is a SCAM.

left a message telling me my social was attached to an account and I had been given a notice. So I called back and was some Indian guy didn't want to say who they were with so I told them " I'm going to report you to the FBI and he hung up on me".

Same person (Allison Schraeder), same type of call.  Has left me 3 voicemails in the past month from different numbers.  Today, I'd had it so I called back.  She refused to identify herself, was rude and hung up on me.  I called again to speak to a manager.  She said she was the manager and hung up on me again.  I've submitted a police report as these calls contain threats and constitute harassment.  I've also filed a complaint with BBB.
