Call from this number from a Mary White. She didn't like that I knew she was a scammer and was rude and hung up on me after I asked her what the hell she was talking about. She had the last 4 of my social and claimed there was a civil judgement against me and wanted me to verify the last 4 digits of my social before she could talk to me.

The # that appears on my phone is 209-286-3685.  The VM they leave is a combo robo caller and someone named Sarah Schrader (sp).  She says to call her back @ 855-764-8926 and gives me a reference #.  I do not have any collections against.  I have had this phone # for nearly 20 yrs.  At some point my information fell into scammer hands. And any time there's any kind of activity with my credit, this particular scammer starts up again.

Called my parents house left message there is a problem with my social security number and I need to call them .  Parents in their 80'sand upset. Warned me about scams. Caller was female. Terry Schafer or something

that is same person who just called and left me a message. I called back the number that she called from. She was very rude. I told her that phone notifications for a legal matter was not legal and she got very mad and yelled at me. i told her she can send me the information by mail. If it is a legit collection agency ( I doubt it) then by law if they are asked to stop with phone calls and only correspond with USPS delivered mail they have to do so as well as supply the information as to why and whom they are collecting for.

a combo call message was left from this number and the name was Sara Shrader. her caller id number came up as 208-314-4936. Said second attempt to contact and it was a legal matter. Left a ref. # Was incredibly rude when I called her number (not the 855) back and asked who it was and why they was calling me. I told her that calling and notifying about legal matters was not legal and if they wanted information from me they could request it by male. She got very angry and yelled and said I did not know anything about the law.

Got a call from Allison Schrader saying she wanted to get my statement before making a decision on the complaint said to call back 8557648926 ...but I haven't received any thing in the mail about a complaint

And you won't get anything because there is nothing.  This is a debt collection extortion scam trying to scare you into thinking you are going to be sued.


It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Same call happened to me, so I asked to speak to the Manager. Company claims to be IRP & Associates... some guy came on trying to get my info, and attempting to change my mind about my intentions; Name, SSN, Address....lol that went no where because I am not that stupid.... He claims his name is "Seth Royster" , I even had him spell it out for me... TOTALLY Fake, he went as far as to look up my Facebook profile, and make insults about my Family over the phone, after he knew he wasn't going to win.... Totally Rude & disgraceful and I can't even believe there are people like that in this Country... phone # they keep calling is from 469-217-8243... the number still works 8/16/2017

Rec 'd several calls from 1 855 764 8926.  Caller is "Sarah Shrader" who says she must "document"my Soc. Security number.  Nobody at this phone number will identify their company or state their business.  Very suspicious  and scam-like.  No legitimate company would behave  in this manner. D.M.

Got a call from a caledonia,mi. Number 616-219-1438 stating that my husbands SS number was associated with a judgement that was placed against him...gave me a case number and the 855-764-8926 number to call her back...very freaky

Got a call from 205-526-4022 stating that this is their 4th and final attempt to reach me pertaining to personal and time sensitive information.  They have gone above and beyond to try and resolve this issue with me and at this point i have failed to comply with all correspondence.  They would like to attach a statement of intent to my file before processing me.  They said to call back at 1-855-764-8926 and gave me a file number and stated that they have 10 messages documented.
I called the 205 number back and the lady said that i got some loan that i didn't get.  Had my ss# last place of employment and my old bank account.  Said i owed 1400 but would settle for 750.  they aren't getting crap from me.  I checked my email like she told me too, and i didn't have anything from the creditor which she couldn't even give me the correct name of.  Very fishy

I too got "Allison Shrader" who claimed this is the 4th time we have attempted to contact you and you haven't returned our call.  We are going to put a judgment against you on your file, etc.  Of course, she didn't leave the name of her company or anything. What they do now is to call you with a number in your area code to try to fool you into thinking that they are somebody that you might know.  If you are NOT in my phone, or haven't made an appointment with me, I don't answer the phone!!  These people are the same scammers as the ones above in the comments.

She made an illegal THREAT!!  Judgements are done by court order - give your state attorney general a call.

I called and told them I do not owe any debt. They said they would call me every day. So I  called them over and over then they started calling me names, [***], skum bag pay your bills,get a life, and you are right you have to yell over them. I told them they had been closed down in Colorado and I would call sheriff and attorney general and get them closed in my state. They pushed button to make phone ring in my ear, put  music background, yelled and finally hung up.

Called and left a robo-message for my wife threatening  about a law suit for an old payday loan which was paid off years ago. I know it's a scam & just deleted the message. We have been receiving these threatening calls from many different numbers for years, yet she has not been arrested, sued or anything, proving these people are just scum. The call came in from 610-426-0866 but the message said to call back 855-764-8926. It seems like there are many different scams coming from this same number.
