calling about compliance charges on account

They sad they were merchant services and that I'm not PCI compliant.  I pulled my certificate which states I still am.  They said I was being charged anyhow and my certificate was wrong.  I called the company I'm signed up with. They said I am right and I am compliant.  They are looking into this matter.  The caller was cussing me under her breath too.

They called to say they were with Wholesale Bank and that I had been overcharged for September & October...hmmm...if that were so, wouldn't they just be able to credit back my account?  

Called today from 855-881-9367 & said that I was over charged on my Oct & Nov statement & that it had to be corrected in 3 months due keep from having a class action law suit. Said it was PCI compliance & she was with Merchant Services and they make sure that we get our money back. I contacted our merchant service & they were not aware of it but said I was compliant.

I have received multiple calls concerning this compliance issue. I do not have a CC terminal. I am with SquareUp and Paypal.  I have no information from them concerning any needs. and updates are done thru the app on my phones.

Received call from this number today.  She said her name was Nicole Gibson from Wholesale Bank and that we had been overcharged on our November and December merchant statements due to the recent rate increase on Visa MasterCard transactions.  She needed me to fax her our statement to 866-298-4139 and write 4.5% and her name on the front page so that she could get us back to a lower rate and refund the difference because the increase was supposed to be just for the big corporations. When I was hesitant to fax her our statement not knowing who she was, she started getting frustrated.  When I told her I would call back in a few minutes after I had looked things over, she hung up on me.  Wholesale Bank is not our merchant services provider and I can't find a record of them online.

I received the same call as "User". Sounded fishy, and it is fishy!

Received 3 calls over 3 days.  Contacted my cc processing provider and he confirmed the call was bogus.
Luckily, I gave them no information.

I was just called from this number.  Yolanda said she was with merchant services and my account was overcharged.  I contacted merchant services and they had no relationship to this person.  Scam!

Just got a call from these folks, ask me the same questions. Said I had some billing issues and would have to look at my bank statement.  I told them to call back later today. Number was 855-881-9367

Same call same thing - Yolanda from merchant services telling me I have overcharges on my Dec and Jan billing.  She had me check and I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.  She left me a fax# 866-298-4139 to fax my statement.
Seemed odd so I checked here.

They said they owe me money I said then send me the F><KING money A$S H0le , Who are these son of biches

They lie, cheat and steal. They have no idea what you are paying or whether or not you are compliant.  They are just trying to sign you up for credit card processing, lease you a machine and screw you over for 4 years.

These Mother F******s are Scams.

They called yesterday, "Jessica" said we were over charged, and would need to fax her the last two months of bank statements to get the credit. I asked for her number and name, she gave me her direct line 855-881-9367, even though on the caller ID is said 972-852-0804. I said I would not give her any information, then she said I was an idiot and to give me the info now. I said no way and hung up on her. SCAM for sure. I would never give ANY information over the phone, and if they say what company, call then directly if you are in business with them. And any of those calls asking what fax or copier you use, SCAM. NEVER give out any info to any random callers.

Received a simliar call today. Cautious, I asked whether she was calling from my merchant service provider or she was soliciting my business. She got very upset with me and to me she was a wholesaler and that she was offended that I called her a sales person. Then I asked which of the two accounts she was looking at and she got upset again and told me the name of my company and said I have been with the same provider for a long time, but she would not tell me who my provider was.  She told me to go online to verify the information.  I told her that the account we had set up in April is no longer accessible online and I would have to call my merchant company. Hello? Hello? Hello? Helloooooo are you still there? Humph... she hung up.

Caller said she was Jessica from Merchant services wholesale office. Stated that we were overcharged in May
and wanted to go over my statement. She got very defensive when I told her I wasn't comfortable with giving her
any info, she said the F bomb and then hung up.

Barbara Ray left a message on my voicemail saying she was with Merchant Services and my company was overcharged on some transactions.  And for me to call her back to get it straighten out.  When I called back, thank goodness I got her voicemail which was generic and that is when I realized it was not my own credit card company calling.  Her voicemail is full too.  I will not call back and if I were you I would not trust them.

100% absolute scam. They want your statement so they can analyze it to see if they can beat your current card processor fees. Had fun with them today, just harassed the hell out of her until she hung up. Do not answer or call back, its a SCAM.
