I just got off the phone with him. I work for a shipbuilding company and was suspicious as to why we would have a credit card machine. I called one of our locations out of state just in case they had one i was unaware of for some reason. They advised they did not. I took "Joseph's number down and told him i would find out who to direct him to so i didn't have to transfer the call and have it bounced around the company. I am calling the sheriff's office and advising the Fraud department so that I can give Joseph their number so he can unknowlingly call and speak to the police who can probe him further!

Answered the call, and a confused person on the other end said, "this is Joseph, with... who was this again?"... I haven't given my name (so, nice try Joseph!) - I said, "What can I help you with, Joseph?" - he stated he had the wrong number... how could it be the wrong number if I hadn't given my name?

Very unprofessional sounding and didn't ask for anyone in particular just started in with needing to correct an overage on our account and "you would know if you looked at your statement". Seemed like a scam because there was no control questions just bombarding of rapid questions to catch an unwary person off guard and get information.  After I asked do they even know who they are talking to they acted as if I was the one who should that because they just got this call.  Another red flag lol.  She was able to provide the shop owners name and email and when I said they aren't here I can take a message she said that they would just call back and hung up.  Another red flag lol.  So i searched and found this website and at least now I am not too worried about the equifax data breach and the possibility of this being related to identity theft from equifax lol.

Same here.  Got a call from Wayne Morris w/Wholesale Banc, 855-217-2707, x1407.  If to be believed we have this overcharging thing going on regularly...bull.  If you know what your merchant account charges should look like and  know how to read your statement.....just saying.

    Here to take junk calls
I was contacted by a man who claimed to be from Merchant Services and said I needed to fax a copy of our last statement to 855-924-2774 for a refund. I was extremely busy at the moment but I had to have wore him out with questions. Good thing I did bc I dont want to make it too easy on these loosers steeling my time. Thankfully my time was all this thief got from me.

This wench almost got me.  It was the end of the day.  I was tired & ready to get out of the office.  She said we've been over charging you for months & we feel so bad that we are going to give it all back. She asked me to go get the file.  I did.  She asked me to send her a pic of the statement to statements@wholesalebanc.com.  She used monikers but had no idea what they stood for when I asked.  She said we had statements that were several pages long but we only get one page statements.  She said several things that threw up red flags & just gave me a feeling that something was not right.  I told her I would call her back at a later date and I thought she was going to give birth because she was upset & breathing hard.  She said you are being recorded.  Ummm, she didn't tell me I was being recorded until she got angry.  Isn't that illegal?  She said I have to tell you that we will continue to over bill you until you do as I say.  I told her, okee dokee!  She was not a happy camper. LOL.
Be careful my peoples, this is a scam and these people are looking for something to take.
I have something they could take.  They can take my advice and get an honorable job... losers!

This is actually ridiculous. How many people actually went through with the processing rate they gave you. All these stories say I hung up the phone or I didnt try it. Not one person said I lost all my money because of it. Understandable to be scared because the world is crazy as it is. But anyone doing processing are being charged to split there own money with a company and taxes to our government, .Take only cash or every processor is a "scam" because that is the way things work in card processing just find the cheapest way to do things.

They really do help save you money and explain line by line what you’re paying for and what you should be paying, they will take off those 3rd party (sales office) fees and lower your rates.

A lot people here are looking up and calling this a SCAM but never actually trying out the services with the exception of one story, who had one bad experience. Us as business owners know you can’t make EVERYONE happy. You never hear the good  complements of the service. &’ it’s funny how people judge and turn them down SO QUICK calling them a SCAM bc they think lowering rates are to good to be true.

I have tried it for both my compines. They sent me a FD machine lowered my payments/ rates and got me a new lease that was SUPER cheaper then what I was paying.
NOT A SCAM &’ thank you Teddi bear for the customer service and showing me line by line what I was / am paying for !
