So we went through with the process up to the point of the contract. Then it got very strange and my boss said NO. They wanted his personal social plus all the business tax id and what not and also a copy of a voided check. That is why we got the red flag. And why would they be so demanding if it was legit. She said we had to have a check to prove we weren't funding terrorist. Seriously?!? No other company we have used has needed that. Nor is requiring it now with ones we have checked into currently.

BULL!  I have dealt with callers like this many times in my business - and the results are like the other comments - EXCEPT FOR YOUR HAPPY one on the COMPLAINT website.  How about giving us their official name & physical address since you are thrilled with them?

Similar to other posts, someone from 'Wholesale bank' called saying they need a copy of my statement to correct previous 'non compliant PCI fees' ...I took the time to verify with my card processor and they said it was not legit...DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY INFO!

We were told we had been overcharged and needed to fax those two months' statements.  After speaking with our processing company, it turns out they are lying about the overpayment and soliciting information..very disappointing

tried this scam on me, i put them on hold and googled number. thank you to the people posting this so I could determine this is a scam.

Received the same type of call as all the others except mine was Darla Turner ext. 1412. Told her I was busy and I wont be returning her call

Received call from #855-217-2707, same old story, my small business was over charged for aug, sept, oct of this year and I need to submit my statement for refund. I asked if you know of the overcharge then you don't need any
thing from my end? She said they did and to fax it right over, as if I would send some solicitor my business banking statement? They didn't scam me but imagine how many they did get!

Caller stated they were from Top Tier Payment Audits.  PCI compliance issue from Nov. and Dec. 2018.  Asked me to provide them with the rate we're paying (fees divided by deposit).  Said industry standard requirements are 1.25 percent.  And that PCI compliance fees were being charged even though it was not listed on statements.  Tried saying Amex charges were billed independently.  They're not anymore as of 3 years ago.  Tried arguing case law with the sales guy about the Amex lawsuit and how they've opened up processing accounts since then.  The sales guy then got twisted in his words by trying to state we had said the PCI fee was $19.95 / month.  I stated that he said that not us.  He started getting angry when we kept pushing back.  He finally hung up quickly.
