Received a call from a "private number", "Rob Stevens" from "Merchant Services" dealing with MasterCard, Visa, saying that we have been overbilled.  Asked for the prior owner.  Said we would have to call him back, and he gave me 1-855-881-9367 as a good number to reach him.  Definitely won't be calling back.

They call but don't say a word

Received call and it was actually a great help! Yes I was being over billed.... Showed me the differences and took the time to go into details. In the end it was worth it... Got my corrections and help I needed to save money...

Very interesting  since the other posters have called this a SCAM.

Good, then please tell us the legal name and address of this wonderful company that is saving you money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!  They knew nothing about my account but said I had overbillings. He hung up once I asked him questions.

My boss called me at home (from her cell) about someone on the business line. She wanted to know where the CC statements were. She gave me a brief synopsis of her conversation; I told her where to find them but suggested that she have him call back as I was on my way to work. Thankfully he kept rattling on about rates, overcharges, etc and she said he had lost her and to call back.

Amazingly Chris Jones did call back, gave same spiel others have stated; when I asked for more detail he went into class action suit, government approved rates, our account was flagged, etc. He wanted to know why I was questioning and got a little upset when I said it sounded "goofy" to me.. called me hostile and that if I didn't want the refund I could just tell that to the account manager who would call back in 48-72 hours after I sent them one month's statement. Decided to go along enough to get email address instead of fax number, his full name and a good phone number to call him back on - 1/855-881-9367 ext.1416. Googled the number and here I am.

with her and they would correct them sending us
a reimbursement, for last two months. She needed
my merchant statement in order to do that .
 I'm wondering what she can do with the info on
my merchant statement. I have called my merchant
service representative on my credit card machine
and they told me they (Barbara's co.) would have to either send
us a new machine or reprogram our current machine in order to take over our account.
When I called back to ask what company they
were, they said they were the Wholesale Bank of
The Merchant Services and they processed all
the merchants thru them. They also said they
we're the Checks & Balances over all credit

Once a year??  You're lucky.  We get called at least once a week. :(

Got a call today wanting me to fax my statement! Scam!!!

I also just received a message from Barbara Ray at 855-881-9367 telling me that we had been overcharged on two statements and she asked me a few questions that I felt she should already know, so a red flag went up.  Then when she asked me to fax her my statements I thought, why should I do that, you have my statements, so I checked the customer service number on my statement and it did not match so I decided to google her phone number.  I am glad I did it save a lot of headache.

Beware! I got a phone call today from Barbara, who said we had been overcharged from our merchant services. Since we had a problem recently with our merchant services, I listened. When I asked her to provide me with the account number, uh-oh, we got disconnected.

Misty Branch called from 972-852-0850 and wanted to talk to the owner about our merchant account being overcharged the past couple months, I asked her for our account number, she said she does not have that, she's just paid by our processing company to investigate the over charges and call me. I said, well if you don't know what account I have, how do you know that you are calling the right person?....
She hung up. :)

They called me today and informed me that I was being overcharged.  When I asked them to verify the merchant ID they refused and told me that I had no right to know this.  When I asked for a supervisor, he hung up on me.  I phoned back and Lawrence told me that they need the information today for August and September to issue the refund and correct the issue.  I said this is not how this works and he hung up on me.

Got the call just now saying they were from Merchant Services and that I've been overbilling my customers.  I don't have Merchant Services and when I said that they hung up on me.

This guy named Wayne Morris keeps calling from this number talking about overpaying and correcting an over-payment. When I actually talked to Wayne Morris, he was just soliciting a scam. As soon as I called him out on his [***], he hung up. Oh, by the way... Here's his contact info that I reached him at. 1-855-881-9367 extension 1407 I believe. If a woman named Emily answers, just ask for Wayne.

I've been getting calls from Rachel of Wholesale Bank with a phone number in Dallas TX of 972-852-0803.  Then she gave me the phone number 855-881-9271.  I asked her about the number 855-881-9367 and she said that's for Barbara Ray.  So it's all related.  I told her I thought it was a scam and asked her not to call me again.  What's up with these people?  I could hear a lot of people on the phone in the background, so they are making a  lot of calls.  She sent me a fax, several pages long, so I'll look at it and see what bill of goods she's trying to sell me.

November 2016 and Brandon is running the scam now.   At least 3 person boiler room.  SCAM using 972 caller ID number, but that is probably faked, too
