got a call today. they didn't even introduce themselves just ask for accounts payable after i said hello (i mean i guess this can be a naturally conversation in some cases but i hate talking to people i don't know plus in these cases i try to say least amount of things possible). so i automatically just ended the call and added to block list since it seemed a bit suspicious. reading these reviews seems like i did the right thing.

It's still going on in May of 2019. They called two or three years ago saying we were overbilled and wanted a copy of our CC statement. I said I didn't feel comfortable with that since she should have it and she said, "Fine. I will make a note that you want to continue to be overbilled." Ha! I just said OK and hung up.

I am on the phone right now with my merchant account, checking out these people. I was told the same thing everyone else has been told. I told her I could not fax my statement because our fax machine was down. She said to fax it as soon as I could and she would fix the problem and call me back. After check with our credit card
processors, I know this is a scam call.
