Got the same message left on my phone. No way would I call. I’ll call my insurance broker. They will let me know who to talk to.

Got the same call asking to call back. Phone numbers do not match up. As with others signed up on Medicare.gov. Will not be calling back  won’t be giving any info and I blocked the number. And going to file complaint with Medicare.gov and Wellcare. Should not do business this way. They have all the information they requested at signup.

Got call 10 minutes ago. Caller ID shows "Telemarketer". Left automated voice mail to call back at 1-855-958-9866 for Wellcare information. Number does not match Wellcare number. Did not call back.

When asked for date of birth I hung up.  They should have known this.

Just got this call today (12/12/2019) with identical info request via voice mail and phone numbers as others have been getting. Considering the window to change benefit plans closed 5 days ago, and if it’s a legit sales call as a couple people have indicated, their timing stinks, because I wouldn’t change it now, even if it was a good idea.  I’m not calling back.  Send me a letter, WellCare, and I’ll look into whatever you’re selling.... after I check that the letter is legit!

Call saying they were with WellCare and needed some info.  It's a private info gathering scam on the same order as the scams who say they're with the IRS or Social Security.  I never give out information to anyone that calls me on the phone.

Thankfully I use my # not my moms on her healthcare accounts. It is Dec 2019 and this call is still being made. The language they use is misleading in the extreme. We have just changed from Wellcare to another Part D company.  Honestly, if they’d said it was a survey about how they did last year I might have answered. The idea that my elderly mother might have received this call and given them info, or more likely, scared her into believing something was wrong with her insurance, irritates me no end.

Just got the same call around noon today.  Was going to call the Well Care number on the back of my prescription card to ask if they had called.  Decided to Google the number first and saw all of these reports

Just received a call from an automated system saying they are WellCare, and wanting me to call them back at 855-958-9866. As usual, instead of calling them back, I used 800-Notes to check this number out. Wadda ya know, yet another bogus scammer trying to stick it to me!

This number called and left a message on my phone and my husbands phone.  We both have Well Care.  I called it back, it was a recording.  They asked me to confirm my name, I said yes.  Then it asked for my birth date.  Month, day and year.............I hung up.

Got same voice mail. Glad I checked here first, got the correct cs number for WellCare, called them. They had all my info, doesn't need updating, are aware of scam.

I got the SAME call from Wellcare saying they needed additional information and to call them back.  I called Wellcare on the back of my card and they said no one from their office had called me.

Received recording that they were calling from Wellcare and needed some additional information.  I did not call them back at the number they left.  Instead I called Wellcare on the number on the back of my card.  They checked my account everything was in order and they had no record of anyone calling me for additional info!

Same robocall as everyone else. I did call back the number, got another recording telling me it was WellCare & looking for info on my health care the past year in order to provide better service to their members. I hung up without responding once it asked for my birthdate. I have them for Part D only so my prior health care should be irrelevant & I've already asked the parent company to stop the marketing calls. I reported the call to WellCare & like the prior suggestion to report to Meficare as well.

LaDeeDa ... got voicemail Wellcare. Need important information, please call back. Obviously WellCare is supplying our information to a 3rd party or a scammer has obtained information off their system. Either way, this is my first year with WellCare and I am concerned. They should investigate who this scammer is.  I am also concerned from the notes that WellCare leaves you on hold and does not return your calls.

Second time I received this recording.  Said it was from Wellcare which I am not officially under this plan until 1/1/20.  Said they needed updated info.  I called company that I am with presently and asked how the transfer would happen on 1/1/20 and was told that all info would be transferred over to Wellcare.  While speaking with current company rep I told her about this phone call and she had no knowledge that any calls were being made.  She transferred me over to Wellcare and their rep said that they were not making any phone calls and not to call number given on recording as it was NOT them.
