I keep receiving the same call saying they are from Well Care and need some information.  They knew my mother's first name and last name.  She was the one using the plan.  Anyway, I don't know how they got my cell phone number.  It was never revealed to Well Care.  Anyway, the caller ID appeared on my cell as "Spam Risks" so it was a red flag immediately.  They left a call back # 855-958-9866.  I did not return the call as I am not comfortable with such vague call.  If Well Care really needs something from my mother, they should send the mail.

Got a call at 6pm last night from Wellcare" saying they need to update info on my account. Sounded 'phishey' to me & when I checked correspondence from Wellcare, this number appeared on none of their letters.  I deleted the message & will continue to do so.

Left a voicemail that WellCare needed important information and the 855-958-9866 call back number. I do have my Medicare Part D plan with WellCare. I knew that WellCare would not contact me in the manner and did not return the call.

got voicemail that is was Wellcare asking for additional information and for me to call back.  while wellcare is my provider, it seemed odd to be contacted via phone so I decided to google the # and saw all these people from 2-3 years ago with the same message.  clearly questionable and I don't believe it's wellcare so I will not return the call.

855--958-9866  Said they were Wellcare but not a number Wellcare uses. I did not return call.

Same experience as everyone else; bot calling from a 'scam likely' number left a message with this (different) number. Honestly, even if it is a legit survey, I don't know why Wellcare thinks we're willing to waste more time for them. Don't disabled people have enough paperwork?

Claimed to be WellCare.I should have checked number first but confirmed tel number they called, but hung. Up at giving birthdate.  Remembered this happening before.  Claimed they wanted to make sure we were getting the best possible care.

It’s probably really Wellcare, or a survey company retained by them. United Healthcare did the same thing.  It’s not surprising they need your birthday to confirm you’re really the member.  But it’s not worth taking even the small chance of that it’s a scam, so I have no intention of calling.

I was called 2x's from 267-954-9957, and asked to call Wellcare at 1-855-958-9866. I called the Wellcare number on the back of my member card, and they said they hadn't called, and it was most likely a scam.

Same as everyone else i didn't call them as i thought my insurance company wouldnt call me with an automated voice call. Gladi tried the # in my browser - i just recently had my credit card jacked. They caught it but still....so i dont need more issues. thanks for saving the headache.

Looking at this site, Wellcare (or whomever)has apparently been doing this for about 4 years now. You would think that judging by the reactions here there might get the message and clean up their act. Nope, I just got the same call from the same number ...and didnt reply.
