This number, reportedly in Lexington KY, called my landline this morning.  No message.  Obviously a scam or robo-call.

Called and asked for my employer by his first name. When told he was busy, they just said "okay" and hung up. Caller sounded as though she was heavily medicated.

Called 3 times today.  First one about  8:30 this morning than about noon time.  Never answered it since I didn't know the number.  After not calling for a while they just called again still didn't answer it.  If it is citi bank about my sears account, I already talked to someone on Sunday about my payment.

Citibank - claim to be — about Sears account — regular pest — call repeatedly on my landline and cell — do not leave message when not answered — calls come in at all hours - as late as 9 pm

Receiving calls daily. Always reject. Blocked today.

I understand people are choosing cell phones vs land lines for their phone services now; however, I don't appreciate the cell companies selling our numbers to people I don't know and them calling 90 times a day and/or hanging up when I do answer. I don't answer calls I don't know or not in my phone book.

The scammers use autodialers that simply dial every possible number within an area code and exchange, hoping a gullible person will answer and send the scammers some money.
They aren't buying any information from the cell phone companies.
However, the scammers might have access to marketing information.

Called by cell phone. I didn't recognize the number so I did not answer.  After reading the comments, I'm glad I ignored the call.

Constant unwanted phone calls all day AND evening.  We are on the "do not call list".  Very annoying, this has to stop!
They need to be reported.

I received a call from 859-309-5128 but did not answer-- i called the number back- the announcement was to 'hold for citibank.'
A male answered the phone and advised it was for Sears. I advised that i did not have a sears account or citibank account - he said he could only check with the account number or my social - since i was not giving my social to verify what he had - i said thanks and we disconnected ...but he sounded very uninterested in me - my information - sears - etc ....as if a lazy /bored employee ---- but i could be incorrect....

Got a call from this number.  Did not answer and they left no message.  I am blocking this number

I don't know why you all are claiming this to be from Citibank concerning Sears credit. #1 - Sears will not call you unless it's important and they WILL leave a voice mail message. #2 - I have a Sears store card that is in good standing, never miss a payment. #3 - ANY place that you can go (Federal government or otherwise) to report these scammers are USELESS! I have been reporting these for years to NO avail. They claim they have no way to track them. Another useless government agency  to waste OUR tax dollars! JUST DON'T ANSWER AND BLOCK THE NUMBER!
