Called 4 times yesterday. I paid my Sears bill and they are still calling. 11:34 a.m. and they have called 3x today.
Cancelled my Sears card today.

Numerous calls.   No message.

They call every week day at 9:25 (or so) I have asked them to NOT call this # again but they still do. I am the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Keep getting this call from different numbers (caller Id Citibank Credit)  If it actual credit account information, they do not even leave a message .  Since it is a hang-up I feel it is a scam.

These people or whatever they are or represent, keep calling four to five times a day at any time during the day and I want them to STOP. Whatever they are selling, I am NOT interested!

Have gotten a call once a day for the last few days. I'm blocking it.

I have read all the reports on this number, and another one that I am getting relentless calls on  (816-420-4632 - caller ID says "Citi").  Both these numbers are said by some to be from Citibank and more specifically for an overdue payment for a Sears Credit card, which I do have and for which the payment was due on the 26th (it's the 28th as I type this)    I was in the hospital and so yes, I'm late.  It's a new-ish, 0 balance card and I have not missed a payment in 6 months.

So why there would be this relentless onslaught of calls for 1 payment, of $15.00 is beyond me. IF this is Sears or Citibank (who owns the Sears credit cards.  Many here also say it isn't Sears (or Best Buy or the other people who Citi owns).

All I know is I have received, in the last 3 days, 22 calls - TWENTY TWO from this 859-309-5128 number and the I.D. says "Kentucky Call"   They started on  at 7:47 A.M. and they go until 10:02.  They started THE day my payment was due, so it wasn't late, if you want to say it is Sears.  Since, if I am late with the payment, I just get charged a late fee and it's tacked on to the next month's bill and I pay it today (which I am with the other things I am paying now - whether catching up or paying for the stuff due next week - like I always try to do) this caller never leaves a message.  They often call 3 times in the same hour. I blocked this number early on (as well as the "Citi" one, weeks ago, who were calling before anything was late or there was an issue with a thing)

As others suggest on this wonderful site, if this is indeed Sears, or a legit business, then CALL the number on their site, or the back of your card and ask them why they're calling.   Which I am going to do after I post this.  And, like I did with Walgreens, if this is indeed Citbank they are going to get a s**tstorm of email to corporate about their intrusive and relentless calling and invasive harassment because this is unacceptable.  Just like Walgreens calling you every 20 minutes with surveys and garbage until you Opt-Out of their marketing.

However - I also would like to point out that not long ago I called Samsung about a small problem I was having with my tablet and after 2 hours of being transferred to a nightmare of morons in Some Country, I then spent the next 3 weeks being hammered by so much phone spam (on both cell and home phone which sadly you have to give them because it's linked to the tablet AND they were bought at Best Buy...who is along with the Geek Squad service is also via the Citibank credit card service)  it was incredible.  Including my own number spoofed when I was called and my number with the last 4 digits changed.  Even calls telling me my service contract was up on other computers I'd bought years ago, fake Comcast people, even fake auto service contracts (they suddenly knew what car I drove)

As someone above said - once you answer these calls they can "hack" or grab anything and they Own you.  Once you answer your land line, they know you're a Live Person and they will never stop.

Different persons from this phone number have called my parents numerous times telling us they are calling on behalf of Citi Bank.  My parents have no accounts of Citi Bank.  I have told my mom this is a scam and to not answer the phone if they call again.  Phone number:  8589-309-5128

keep calling over and over. i've asked them to stop repeatedly. They claim they are from citibank.
