called me awhile ago but ignored as unknown caller left no voice message and search in here. found out from these blogs and it helped so I blocked. its always safe not to answer unknown callers!

calls everyday 3 or more times. no one owe anyone anything. stop calling

None...  calls every morning about 8 a.m. a couple of times a day

They have called my phone 27 times in the last 2 days.  COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!  Talking about a Sears credit card that I don't even have, nor have ever had.  So, the idiots above who are telling people to shut up, need to shut up themselves because they have no idea.  Or, they are a part of the scammers!!!

This is actually Citi Bank collections, and not a scammer.  I talked to them, they knew the details and dates of our payments and accounts, and our account was overdue.  But, just to be safe, we paid the balance online.

Fraud...I got a call saying my SEars cc acct was past due.  I told the idiot I would verify that online.  Of course it was not past due and I did not share any personal information.  BEWARE

Have gotten several calls in the past few days, no message. If this is a legitimate call, they need to leave a message.

told them when they asked "if I was name here"  said "you got me" and they hung up

This is a legit Citibank number used mostly for their Sears accounts. They are a little shady with their questions but it is them. Sounds like a drive to get people to use their cards

Cracks me up that they keep calling our fax line...really?  how long does it take for them to delete that number when it give them a fax tone?

Asked for my wife by name. Very rude. Demanded payment immediately for a fictitious past-due balance. Fortunately, she hung up and checked the account status online. Everything was good.

Called at 8:00am! Didn't answer, no message left. Saw comments about Sears card which I just recently acquired with 1st payment due this month and was already paid. I am convinced this call came from a lowlife scum sucking scammer! I am so beyond sick of this BS!!!!!

these people are not real Sears Citibank employees.  I called the numbers on the back of the credit card & i have a credit 😀

Calls leaves no messages. Based on information after we restructured our bills should not be receiving calls or letters. But they call 4 to 6 times a day. And never leave messages. Don't answer unknown numbers. 800 numbers if the call is legit leave a message. I will return the call
