It's Sears Card and I've blocked their number b/c they hound the [***] out of you.

This individual has called me & just listened to me answer 7 times within a 24 hour period. Once "he" said, "hello" I said hello back and he hung up. Not okay...

Keep calling me and will not leave a message. I ignore the call. They will call 5 or 6 times daily.

It is not CitiBank for Sears credit cards. It's a scam. If you do have an account with them call the number on the back of your card. They can check their records and see if there were any outbound calls made to you by them.

Keep receiving calls from this number but when I answer no reply.  Never leaves a message.  If it is ?Sears, they need to leave a message as I don't answer numbers I don't know.

Got a call from this number, I didn't hear phone ring and it went to voice mail..no message.
We do have a Sears/Citi CC but not late, or over due. Gonna block the number after reading all the replys

Got a call from them saying that I had not paid my Sears Citi card (which I had forgot so they got me). Paid 100 bucks and then 2 days later I had CC fraud on my card. Had to cancel my CC and get a new one. Set up my automatic payments so I paid sears on time, they STILL CALLED ME asking for my payment. So what i think is happening is SEARS is being exploited by something where they can see how much customers owe, pay the amount that the customer owes and then keep the CC info so they can Duplicate the card information.

I have been getting calls from this number for months. I would like to have them stopped.

Got a call and automated voicemail was left on my cell phone asking me to log onto my account at Searscard.com or call them back at 800-733-1116 which is the number for Citibank collections (Citibank is the lender for Sears).  I've never had a Sears card, so was concerned that someone else had opened an account in my name. I ignored the prompts to enter my account number (since I don't have an account) and just waited until the system sent me to an agent. The agent was very helpful and looked up my phone number and verified that it was not my name on the account (I was not asked for SSN or other information you'd want to keep secure from a scammer). She immediately removed my phone number to avoid future calls and thanked me for alerting them.  If you get a call, probably best to find out why they have your phone number and if someone has opened an account using your information.

They've called daily for the last couple of days, I actually answered this morning and they hung up on me right after I said hello....   Very strange.

No message, but repet¡atedly called from this number.

I"ve received multiple calls from this #, never leave a message. I finally called it back, the menu  kept asking me to enter my SSN (NO WAY!!) and DOB (Again, no way!) Finally got thru to a live person...said they were CitiBank Visa. I told them not to call me again, my account was paid up...that was yesterday...Guess what? The phone rang at 8:15 AM TODAY from this same number!! ARRGHH!!  If this is really CitiBank Visa, why do they want my SSN and DOB??

Called and left no message.  Typical phone SCUM.

We receive an average of 3 calls per day and when they leave a message it is about a sears credit card (which we do not have).  Disgusting, putrid scammer like most of the calls we get every day.  Don't worry about any of these, just block them.

So far today, i have received three calls from this number.  After checking the number, I decided to play along... weeding through the caller's extremely harsh accent I commented that my payment to Sears went to Nevada. After hesitating, she offered to transfer me to the Nevada call center.  She actually transferred me to the actual Citibank call center.

I proceeded to block the number on phone,  They have since called on another number...

They call me all day every day. They say I owe on my sears CitiBank. This is being paid every  month via a program.
