Calling both cell phones and house and all 3 areon the do not call list.  Never has id and no message.  Multiple calls each day

Called and said they were calling regarding a computer.  I asked them which computer, he said he didn't know exactly, he was calling about a glitch.  I asked him where he was calling... no answer,  yeah, no answer.  LOL,  HEY SCAMMERS, WE ARE NOT IDIOTS!!!!!

Got a call from (860) 885-5399 Connecticut, on a Sunday morning. I didn't answer. But now that I know from here, that it is a geek squad scam. Thanks to all who took a moment to warn others!
I might just answer, and let them into a special computer. One that will use their attack to wipe out their system.

Called my cellphone several times but left no message.  As soon as I figure out how I'll block them on it....LOL

I received a call a few days ago from 17735095096 I'd said American messaging. It was a Indian speaking gentlemen saying I had a virus on my computer. Today received a call from 17735095096 I'd said it was American voice mail so of course I didn't answer it. Probably same sort of scam just a different number.

They've been trying to get a hold of me from different #s for the last three days (at least I'm guessing, I've gotten three calls from 860 area code). I'm supposed to be on the DNC so this is really frustrating. Finally answered today and the guy said "I am American tech support and call about your computer" and I immediately hung up.

Didn't recognize number, didn't answer, no message.  SCAM?

No, you don't know. It is not a telemarketer. It's a scammer. Don't just come here and not bother to read what dozens of other people have already said. This is worse than telemarketing.

Total scam.  Garden variety  Indian or Pakistani tech scam.  Basically they want to get access to your computer.  Ignore them and block their calls.

When you call the number back you get a recording saying "not in service". A guy with thick accent claiming to be from "Google support" called this morning (on a Sunday) and said my computer was showing errors and they needed to fix it on my end. When I asked what number he was calling from he hung up. So sad that people can be this dishonest.

My phone listed the call was from China. I did not answer.

Just received a call from this number on a Sunday morning! I don't answer these calls - scum!

Same thing happened here only my cell and my husbands cell both rang at least he same time with the same #!

I received this call on my fax line.  I have been receiving them on home phone also.

No one there when the answering machine got it. Blocked them.

Got a call on my cell from an Indian sounding man telling me he was with Windows support and that they had received a critical error report on my computer.  Asked me to go into my computer so "we" could correct the error.  That is when I told him I did not have any problems with my computer and hung up.  Obviously trying to get into my computer.

If you are reading this. Hope it is not too late. Do not turn on your computer and listen to the caller. He tries to hack into your computer and get your personal info. Be ware!!!
