Get calls from 866-212-7408 and do not answer them.     I will just keep letting it ring.  They hang up and never leave a message.

I hate this [***] I get 4 to 5 calls in a single day from them even though I had a payment arragement and when i call i get nothing but rude people. When I ask for a manager they will not put me through to one saying it is company policy not to transfer calls to their manager.

I have also talked to them and requested they send me information . I was told 6 months ago I would be taken to court  if not paid within 7 days. They still call everyday and will not show me anything saying I owe this money from 10 years ago with is also past the limits of collections. I caught the supervisor lying to me about information he supposily had. Saying he was looking at my credit report but what he did not know was I had just got a 3 burea report and he was a lair. I received a phone call from RPM collections @ 9 a.m. on a Sunday morning claiming I owe Pacific Gas & Electric for over $300 in past due  utility bills - they gave an address I have NEVER lived at

rpm collections called me @ 9:30 am sunday morning, saying i owe over $3,000 to AT&t _ they got the wrong person & i refuse to give out my ss# over the phone to these slime balls.

This company is something else. I'm an authorized user on my mom's cell phone account and all they do is harass my 72 yr old mother for a bill that has been getting paid since sept. 2010. On top of that they add their own fee of 92 dollars of interest. These people need to be shut down.

I will admit that I owed this credit card company money, but I have recived anything from them in a long long long time. Well I got this call and it sounded fishy so I called the credit card company and he gave me the name that they sold the acct to and after like 4 people I got the RPM people and the guy's name was Craig and he was very nice and told me that they other company was a scam and helped me get out of it. He told me that I could call back and just pay some as I go and that was fine. So I called to let him know what happend with the other company and got a woman that was kinda rude to being with and made me set up at payment plan. I have made all but the last payment and it was scheduled for the end of Aug. We didn't have the money now I am getting calls, but all the other time I never got a call to remind me or anything. They do send me e-mails, I was thinking this was a legit company but now you guys have me concerend. I blocked the number that was calling me so maybe it will just go away. I will be really upset if I had paid them the whole amount they told me and then get calls asking for more money. They also told me that if I didn't pay at the 80% they was giving me that the law would get involved....does this sound right?

I know it is to late for me or what do i need to do they are harssing me badly. and Rpm is the worst i have a t- mobile account with them please help

USING YOU iPhone:

1. Answer the call
2. Immediately  hit ADD CALL button
3. RECENTS - > dial back the same number from your recents list.
4. When it connects, hit MERGE CALL.

You have now created a conference call, or loop. STAY SILENT!

5. Repeat steps 2-4 until you have a 5-way conf call back to the telemarketer office.

6. Die of laughter as they cant figure it out and think they're phone system is messed up.
7. After about 10 minutes of doing this constantly, you can finally shout out " Tell you supervisor I will tie-up 5 of your paid employees everytime you call this number" and hang up.

this collect agency is never going to get anywhere they is like a scam themselves .when they call you ask ,them who they are by name they say jacob are zack ,what a name to use try some more up to date name you mite get somewhere hope you go out busness

they keep calling asking for payment of a bill that was paid for over a year ago wtf they dont listen at all they said it was only a part payment that we still owe more that's BS coz we asked them how mush we owed they said 48bucks we paid one week later they called saying we owe 105 wtf i would like to know who does their accounts

I too have an experience with these people. This morning I had 5 missed calls from a 571 number and I was concerned that someone's house was on fire! So when I returned the all, a man answered with an attitude filled: "Hello?!" So when I asked who he was he immediately said my name and said I owed HIM for a debt. I don't even know who you are?! So I held to speak to a supervisor and she was just as rude. I am not sure why big companies continue to use this company. I told them I will pay what I owe, but I am not paying a dime to collection fees.

I just called them right back and told them their address and that if they ever called me again I would see them after work. No more calls.

Maybe if their employees start ending in unpleasant circumstances in their parking lot they will change their tactics. Say... One every night. I'm 20 minutes out right now. Tomorrow is your turn.

I would like to participate in that suit. They keep calling me using different area codes and phone numbers. Let me know.

I have gotten several calls from different numbers with the numbers of 425-412-2546 and 443-550-7976. They have called me for 3 days in a row and left a message today telling me to call this 800 number. I am NOT who they are looking for and I do NOT appreciate them hanging up on me the first time they called. I want my name and number taken off of their list and stop harassing me!!!

This is a governmental problem - your government is now THEIR government. These companies buy your federal rep to get statutes that make these scams LEGAL!!!
