- Jason| 1 replyThese idiots keep calling me non-stop! They say I owe some ridiculous amount of money for a prepaid Sprint phone card or something that was bought in Indiana. I live in California, I've never been to Indiana and I have no connection to Sprint at all. How they got my name and number I do not know but they are really making me angry. The next time they call me I'm going to tell them to not call any more or I will report them. If they call me again, I'm gonna call the local news as they have a consumer watchdog program that helps people out who are getting harrassed by stuff like this.

- archieHelp!!!!!!!These so called professionals have been harassing my 91 year old grandmother with daily phone calls looking to collect a bogus ATT phone bill that does not exist. Is there anyone who can tell me to which agency I should report this outrageous behavior. I have never even had an ATT wireless account.

- TrishI was getting about 3 or 4 calls a day from them. I didn't answer the first few days, then finally decided to do so, but everytime I picked up, they would hang up right away. I finally called today and was asked if I was Lorna Reed, I told them no and they asked my name! Like I would give it to them! They asked if I knew Lorna Reed, I said no, and she said she would take my name off the list...we'll see!

- ShawnRPM called wanting to talk to a person that doesn't live here at my home. When informed of that they wanted to leave a message I asked what kind of business they were they refused to answer. Making a long story short. They hung up on me. I called up Sprint told them of the phone calls every day. Told them I wanted them stopped or in two months when my contract is up with Sprint I would be going to a different company. By the way I found out who RPM was by looking on the internet and found this site. Kind of opened my eyes. The person I talked to at Sprint said I should e-mail Sprint main office. If enough people did that maybe RPM would go out of business.

- Randall KoontzI no longer have a land-line telephone but somehow they got my work telephone number and call everyday at least once. I'm in the Air Force and work on base. Every time I try to tell them every time they are harassing me at work and calling an Air Force installation and DO NOT call back because these are personal types of issues and they are not to contact me at work but they ignore my requests. The problem is I never owed the money they are bugging me about.

- wlfspiritOn 10-16-o7 I was call by these people wanting money for an AT&T bill from 2001 they claim my bill is 100 plus dollars I did in fact feel I owed 40.00 dollars of it , so I asked to speak with a supervisor, when i explained the situation he agreed to except the 40.00 dollars as bill paid in full.Six days later I am being called and harrased for another payment. I told them the 40 wasn't a payment but infact a final payment. When I asked to talk to the supervisor that I spoke to the week of the 16TH they begin telling me that they have no male supervisors that no one could authorize 40.00 because the least they would settle for would be 70.00 the woman would continually talked over me and interrupted when I asked her to please let me speak she said NO an hung up. I called back ,her name was marie, she kept putting me on hold. I would hang up and call back untill I got someone different. I asked for the recorded conversation of that day and that deal. They claim they did not have any way of looking for that recording. How is it these people are allowed to lie and manipulate to get folks for money isn't this against the law !!!

- dennisoncThis company has called my (12 year old) daughters cell phone 13 times in the last 4 days. A man on the line asks if mom or dad is around. when she says that we can't come to the phone, he begins to make un-appropriate comments of a sexual nature to her, and asking her to get mom to give her money to buy a nice dress.
I called back, to complain, and the lady who answered became agressivly defensive, and hung up on me when I voiced a concern about the type of comments that were made to my daughter.- Caller: RPM

- BoboFor the past several months, I have been receiving repeated, harrassing and threatening debt collection calls from a Washington State firm; RPM Collections. They claim I owe a debt to AT&T Wireless. I have proven that I have no such account, that is disregarded. They have been contacted by the office of the AT&T Wireless President who told them they have no basis for making these calls, that is disregarded. RPM had no interest in burdening itself with any facts prior to launching into this telephone assault. The actions of RPM are reckless, capricious and reprehensible. Don't believe anything they say. I urge anyone with a similar experience to contact the Washington Attorney General at: atg.wa.gov/FileAComplaint.aspx. Also Washinton/Oregon/Alaska Better Business Bureau at: thebbb.org. With enough complaints, RPM can be stopped!

- S Todd replies to GloriaHey; this company is stepping way outside the legal boundaries of most state laws; the statute of limitation has expired if the debt is that old; they can't do s _ _ _. Except make your life miserable; probably the only hope of stopping them is taking them to small claims court; whether you owe the money or not, you WIN; hands down. Good Luck; and lets fight these lawless agancies.
- AlltelA customer called me tonight and gave me this number and we looked it up and i'm reading all your post and this seems like a scam of some sort, i will report it to my supervisor so we can get the ball rolling on shutting this company down. I'm a Alltel Tech rep, just a peon but i'll try my best to get the ball rolling.

- THI just received a call from them. They hung up when I said "Hello." I guess I can expect more calls. Not looking forward to that. I owe no one any thing.
- annoyed by this caller!!!okay, so they've called a couple several times. and this is getting really annoying now. i have to admit, i was a bit jealous when all you guys got to pick up the calls and have them talking to you. cause i personally want to take matters in my own hand. i just want to curse them out so badly, and just threaten them back. but anyway, there not so bad yet, but im gonna enter the national do not call, and if that doesnt work, then i have to call my phone company and have them trace the call. its over for them, those little pests. you guys should all do it too, lets not get bullied by them and take action! good luck
- Caller: i wish i knew
- annoyed by this caller!!okay now im concerned. i think they are a bunch of crooks, who knows where we live! i think there calling to check if we're at home and if we're not they'll probably do something harmful. after reading all of this i was disgusted, can it be possible that they know all this info? i read they were looking for a friend, why would they want to know if the friend was still there? and why would they look for exes? its always the situation that they are looking for someone whos not there. i am worried now... help!!! oh and please respond to this question, IS THIS A TOLL FREE NUMBER?? IF IT IS IM GONNA CALL THEM A MILLION TIMES, THE ONLY REASON I DONT WANT TO CALL IS BECAUSE IM WORRIED ITS NOT A TOLL FREE NUMBER..
