- TammyThese people keep repeatedly calling my home multiple times a day asking for Donna. THERE IS NO DONNA WHO LIVES HEAR AND NEVER HAS BEEN!!!! I can't stand it anymore.
- businesswomanThey called on one of my work telephone lines. I had never heard of the person for whom they asked. I advised that they had the wrong number. People get the wrong number so no big deal that time. Problem is that I just received another call from them. It is simply unacceptable for them to tie up my work phone. They need to correct their contact information and stop calling my company in error!

- AnonymousThey have been calling me nonstop for the last three weeks or so. I ascertain from the other posts that they are a collection agency. I don't owe anyone any money and have no connection to Sprint in the first place.
- TomI just had a call from them, the person claimed to be a "Federal Asset Investigator". He asked if I had ever been sued, where I worked, where I banked, if I had any investments, if I owned a house etc etc. I responded to all of his questions with "It's none of your business". Then he turned nasty stating that he was going to involuntarly "take" their money out of my checking account. He kept saying that I had "one last chance" to pay voluntarialy or they would just take the money out of my account.
I have repeatedly asked them to send me written verification of the debt and that if it was indeed mine I would gladly pay it. All the respond with are the continued threats and harassing phone calls.- Caller: RPM

- JAYWhen they start talking, just ask for permission to record their call, when they refuse, hang up!
- Jenn2470I have received calls from this company at my work phone number. All they say is that they would like me to contact them back, but don't leave a company name.. Isn't it "illegal" for them to contact me at work?
- In North CarolinaMy husband and I moved here over a year ago and we still get these constant calls from the same company, with the same message, bor a variety of different people. Sorry to hear there are so many others out there experiencing the same. My next step is going to see if I can block their individual number. Best of luck to all.
- JGS replies to Orsen| 2 repliesThey would "call" and when I would answer I would get a voice message saying "you have an important call please hold". if it was so important you would think a human would do the calling instead of a computer. After numerous calls I tried to call them back and they couldn't tell me why they were calling unless I gave them my phone number. Didn't know a phone number dictated the type of business they run. When I finally gave them my number it turns out they were trying to reach some person I had never heard of.
- ZabrinaThis is getting too annoying. This RMP company has been calling me 5 times a day looking for someone else. They for sure got the wrong number but I already told the phone respresentative a few times to stop calling b/c I am not the person they are looking for, but they are still doing so every single day for the past 2-3 weeks already. It's sucking up my mobile phone minutes for unrelated phone calls like this.

- Raygot computer screening call; waited for "Martin"(wouldn't give last name) from RPM to answer; tells me I have a sixty dollar PG&E bill from 2005 and demanded credit/debit card payment now to save my credit score; when I asked who he was and how he could substantiate the claim, he was not able to answer. DO NOT give out credit card info to a stranger on the phone; he could not back up who he was and I told him that I would be "STUPID" to give him that information. He hung up and said he would mark refused to pay and would go against my credit.

- eline| 2 repliesRPM is a zombie debt collection agency. They buy old debt for pennies on the dollar then try to collect. They make their money by frightening and intimidating people who do not owe the debt or who are not legally obligated to pay the debt into paying.
Do not fear them-know your rights and you can collect money off of them.
RPM has been calling my number several times a day for over a month. They use 3 different phone numbers. Only once did they leave a garbled message for a name I didn't recognize. I have already reported them to the appropriate authorities.
All of you who receive calls from them: do not give them personal information or pay them definitely DO NOT give your SSN or bank account information; report them to the attorney general of Washington Sate and to the FTC; send them a letter (certified is best)or email their website (keep a copy) telling them to cease and desist calling you (use those words); if they call you after that, they are in violation of the law and YOU can sue THEM.
If they call about an old debt, check for your state's statute of limitations. They cannot take any legal action on a debt that is past the statute (SOL). Do not admit a debt is yours or offer to pay it can restart the clock.
If they curse at you, threaten you, disclose a debt owed by someone else, call after you told them not to; threaten legal action they cannot take; fail to disclose their identity, you can SUE them. They also have to be licensed in your state to sue you there.
Get a telephone recorder from Radio Shack and record their calls. In some states you do not have disclose that you are recording, in other states you do, so check first.
Get a record of their violations of the law and you can have a nice payday while you help put them out of business.- Caller: RPM

http://www.fairdebtlawyers.com/ - HughThey're an aggressive collection agency, but I guess most of them are. They kept calling but refused to leave a message. I decided to call them back, to find out what's up. Found out, to no surprise, they were calling the wrong number.
Corrected it but admittedly they were a bit gruff.- Caller: RPM

- CK-TXGot the call, and as usual for calls, I answered on the second ring.
I was immediately hung up on.
I called back, and all I said was "Trying to figure out why I got a call from this number."
They said I owed a bill for 273.76, which I do owe. I said the words, "I am already resolving..." When I got hung up on.
I have been passed due for less than a month now. Why would sprint need to hire a collections agency so soon?
I never give any information over the phone, including my last name, so if they call back, I will take it upon myself to get this company shut down.
I hope the last 20 years of business was worth trying to scam all these people.- Caller: Receivables Performance Management, LLC

- David| 1 replyI have *CLEARLY* told them and *SPRINT/NEXTEL* that I am NOT to get calls from them. You would think that by now they would pickup on the fact that I am not returning their calls and that I'm paying Sprint/Nextel directly.
- 8662127408FYI they're now using a different toll free number 877 233 8521.
Thank God, I have free incoming calls.- Call type: Debt collector
- NXThey call me several times every day recently. I never pick it up and they never have a message there. I just scared.
