Call and states a complaint has been filed. Transfers call to another number.

Called and left a message saying there was a complaint filed against my son. How did they get my number? I
am on the do not call list.

Left message with my parents, looking for me and my wife. Said a formal complaint was filed. When i call back it says its postal.

Got a call the same way the rest have, called at work - did not answer, left message have a complaint filed and need information.  Scam, I believe.

DO NOT ANSWER THIS IS A SCAM.... I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND SAID  " HI I GOT A MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER' Lady goes whats your phone number, i said you should know you just called me. Lady said without number I dont have. I said it was a scam and lady said OH YEAH now your going to get calls from us all the time.

Got a call while I was at work.  Answered. I did not say anything. Message came on that they rcvd a formal complaint about me and push 1 to be connected to the office.  Asked for any information on my whereabouts.
Last time they called me, they called my dad right after words.  I got a text from him shortly after in a panic about what kind of trouble I was in.  I text back.. dad, I'm never in trouble. come on!!

One of my ex family members got a call from this number saying I was missing and did they know my where about.lol. I'm sure its a scam like the rest of them. then I just got a call and I never answer weird numbers so the voice mail said the same thing but also with a complaint against me. yeah, don't answer that crap.

that area code is from Canada  Scam Scam Scam.

Got the same message as the rest called back and the answering machine said postal?  Then no one picked up the phone.  This has scam written all over it.

Someone called me stating that they were looking for me a voicemail type

They said the same thing how do I get rid of these crazy people

Recieved same message,  a formal complaint against my daughter.  My daughter has not been affiliated with this number in over 20 years.

I've discovered they are not a scam - they do find people with old debts for high-risk loanees. They had all my correct information.

You claim they are "not a scam", but you don't even know the name of the company that called?

Not very believable, is it?
In fact, it strongly suggests you are a shill for this phone number!

A phone call is not legally sufficient proof of debt, according to the FDCPA.

Therefore, if you tell people to pay a "debt" that they do not owe, or a "debt" for which they did not get proper notification, you are a shill for some illegal debt collection company.

Since you are so knowledgeable, please answer the following questions:

1. Who are they?  What is their full, legal name
2. What is their legal address (no box numbers)
3. What is the address of their website?
4. In what states are they licensed?
5. If you knew they were "not a scam", why did you search a phone complaints site for their number?

We eagerly await your reply.
