These people are trying to sound professionally scary like if you don't call back, you will be hunted down. Scam.

I am getting the same exact calls and calling under my maiden, have been married for nearly 10 yrs now and they kept hanging up on me. When I called back the 3rd time asking for supervisor they refused and hung up. I called back again 4th time, got someone different and they placed me on hold and then call drop after 5mins or so. They call my family and friends and I do not know how they are getting their numbers. There is something that has to be done about this. And this has been ongoing for months now.

they keep calling me as well daily as well as my inlaws and other family members. I don't know whether to call back with my friend who is an attorney and threaten them. I have no delinquent debt or collections. I work in the finance field and there is nothing delinquent on my credit report, with the local court systems etc. I wish I could get this scam to stop especially since they are not only harassing me but my family members as well.

Called my son, then my daughter then me.... claims i owe a payday loan from 2012 and they are sending me to federal court for bank fraud. I politely told them i filed bankruptcy and any debts that occured prior are discharged and no longer collectable under federal law. They told me im wrong they are gonna have me arrested.... total scam. But indeed scary that they called 2 of my kids who have both changed their #s in the last year and dont even have the same last name as i do.

payday loan several attempts by company mail never returned to them have to be paid today or court papers will be filed.  I said send me the original debt that is owed.  They said we do not have that, so I hung up

Scam scam scam Please report this # 866-213-4548 to the BBB so they will stop calling  everyone. I've been getting the same call every day on my cell and home daily this is insane

They called and left a message.  They said a formal complaint has been filed against **** and named the first name of my ex-husband's present wife. Love the way they call my number to reach a family that I'm not even involved with.  They've called more than once.

I keep getting robo calls from the number listed below.  How do I stop them from calling?

Got the same robo message as everyone else.  I blocked the call yesterday and today they have a new number and blocked that one as well.  This is a SCAM! According to the FTC website, Do Not Call Them Back! Hang up and do not engage. Block their number and file a complaint with the FTC.

Constantly calls for someone I don't know. I finally was able to catch the call and pressed 0 to reach an agent. Kiesha said she'd remove me from their calling list, but I don't have much hope. Never got the name of the company.

On a no call list this is a scam saying they have filed a complaint against me.  Ask for Fed ID number and they hung up

Yes i just recieved multiple calls this past friday saying the same thing. All the info is correct the dates dont match up. And i said i need proof of documents. Then they said good luck in court. Smh .

Thats similar to me they said i took an online loan and it was deposited in a metro bank account. Which i never had .

I recieved a call from this number saying they have a formal complaint against me that i owe a loan that i took online and deposited into metro account in 2012. That if i didnt come up with 510$ right away i would be taken to court.  They said they need a credit card to process payment and if i didnt have one to go buy a prepaid card. What kind of scam is this. I asked who were they and got no answer. I ask them to send me documents of complaint and legit information and they didnt even take my address. At the end they said "good luck in court".

Extortion. CWG left plenty of info about it. They're hoping to scare you into paying something you don't owe. Disregard the message, it's a load of crap. No name provided because the caller's expecting you to be scared enough not to ask questions so they don't go past the present. You don't have to hear that garbage if there's no kind of answer on your end, which eventually gets on these thieves' nerves. No pay if nobody plays.

A complete bs scam. Just block this number or verbally abuse the scammer on the other end of the line. They are truly scum

A formal Complaint has been filed against me. I do not know of any reason for this and believe it to be a scam.

Got a call, same as the others. Stated there was a formal complaint against me. No there isn't! These idiots call at least once a week. I picked up on a rare occasion & told them to "drop dead"!

Called my cell phone 2 times a day, house phone which is supposed to be unlisted, called my mother and now my sister saying there is a pending case, blah, blah, blah.  I had dealt with these people previously - my mistake - and realized they were crooks.  Also, they are using a prior name of mine - really a pain in the neck.  So, I just keep blocking them.  Just seems unfair that we have to deal with this harassment.
