If they have all of your information it is because they stole it from another company.  That does not mean that it's not a scammer.  How did the amount I owe yesterday decrease by 100 dollars today.  I have been dealing with this for years and they are definitely scammers.  I answer the phone and call back just to see what new tactics and there are no new tactics since 2009.  Learn how a lawsuit actually works before you try to scare me with that.

This number has been calling my work cell leaving messages about somebody I don't know, saying a compliant was filed against them. Who cares?  I don't even know this person - LOL.  They started calling a few days ago and I block their number then they call back on a different number.  I've blocked 4 numbers in the past 4 days.  WHEN WILL THE MADNESS STOP?!

And it starts again. These people irk me to no end. They don't even say who they are. My call was the same as everyone else's. When are these scammers going to stop. Some please help us.

Have gotten calls from this number on and off over several months. Each time there is a recording saying a complaint has been filed against "one Jessica Brown"  and to call this number...blah blah blah. I am not Jessica Brown, and have never known any Jessica Brown, so of course it is a scam. I just wish they would stop calling, but I know if I respond they will know they have a "live" number and will probably sell it to other scammers.  In any case, these people are SCAMMERS.

Called again looking for my ex-son in law. I asked how they got my number since it is not listed under my name- they asked if I was Mimi R Cruz i said yes. They then told me that he had put me down as a point of contact. "Funny since when would my ex-son in law use my name (including middle initial) as a point of contact especially since he knows if I find him the police would be right behind me to arrest him for beating the $hit out of my daughter." Left "andrew" on the other line speechless. Damn scammers

Its a zombie debt collector  Im a Police officer in Pennsylvania. Take my advice and dont answer. Let your family know they will be calling. Im working on getting the address for the company using this number to file a cease and desist order. Also to notify the State Attorney generals if this harrasment.

Call center from out of country. Using a robot dialer, bought information for phone numbers illegally, using these lists to harass and threaten people for info, and then ripping them off. Probably ISIS or AlKeida, trolling stupid Americans for money to build bombs and kill stupid Americans with.

Both my husband and I received a call today around 1:39 Pm, that there was a formal complaint against our daughter and if we know where she is to press any key to leave a message or call back at 1-866-213-4548 to speak with anyone at their office. We thought of given them the number to the local police

Company called saying they were looking for Melissa Brown which is my Maiden name  saying someone was looking for me and that if I knew anyway to get that hold of this person please contact this number right away… I am on the do not call registry I recently registered and since then I've been getting all kinds of shady phone calls I was told it took 30 days to register on the DNC so I'm hoping it's just a matter of time before it stops

Got a call from this number this morning, my birthday of all days, in regard to a formal complaint that was filed in their office, inquiring as to my whereabouts, and if I have any info to call back or press 1 to be connected to the office...no company name, no name of a contact person...I've gotten these types of calls before...I just don't answer them and block the number.  If you have a cellphone, you can block the number.

Just got off the phone with the state attorney generals office. They are aware and investigating this company for several complaints. Make sure and call your AG immediately with call dates and times!!!

So far as I know, there isn't.  No one has been able to locate their call center.  Simply block and ignore.  See my other entries.

Received a call from this number,I also answered and said nothing.Recorded message asking for someone I don't know and there was a complaint against them and for that person to call this number back.This happened about a year ago ,same recorded message.Possibly same pay-day loan scam.Beware.

Total SCAM, I called to ask them to formally send paperwork, can not do that. Hung up on me, called back and told him if he hung up on me again I would hunt him down, he responded with good hunting. Not a collection agency, just a bunch of [***] looking to take advantage of people by using scare tactics.
