okay, so my car is almost 2years old.. brand new... got 3year warranty... NOTICE: VEHICLE WARRANTY EXPIRATION!
    IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUIRED!

uhmmm why don't the dealership where i bought my car contact me instead? they have my number, i live 5miles away from there.. they even remind me of when my scheduled maintenance is... so if this is not a scam, why would this post card say immediate response: vehicle warranty expiration?

I also received a post card today. Vehicle is much too old for this to be true. Number listed (in 2015) is 1-800-261-9178.

I too will be contacting the BBB. I doubt their legitimacy.

    To Kenneth,
I just read that you were moving away from a post card telling customers their warranty will be expiring soon. That was dated 2011, it is now 2015. This makes me think this is a SCAM! My car is barely 2 months old, and I just received the green post card, telling me the same thing that other people are thinking negatively about. Thanks, but no thanks to your offer.

If you do not have that information, but claim that their warranty is about or already expired. You are using a fake information to scare peiple to contact you. This make you a scam and should be punished by law.

Our post cards do not say that your vehicle warranty has expired.  They actually say, "A limited time has been allotted to your factory warranty before it expires".  As you can easily see in this statement it says that all vehicles come with a warranty that lasts for a limited time. This is 100% true and we include it on the post card to remind people that all vehicles come with a warranty that lasts for a limited time and we give them an opportunity to purchase a long term extended service contract. It's as simple as that.  We recognize that there are people bent on taking advantage of others by making them think there warranty is up or running out soon but we totally refrain from saying those things while simply reminding them to take a look at getting extended coverage.  An extended service contract is a bit like health insurance in the fact that you don't want to try and get a service contract when something is wrong with you and like health insurance you usually find lower prices when you are young instead of waiting until you are old. I hope this helps those who may be interested in the subject.
