It is true that we are a very legitimate business but we are not using scare tactics to do anything.  As an example, our post card clearly states on it, "If you have already paid for extended coverage please disregard this notice".  We have no way to know if you have paid for extended coverage or not as that information is not made public.  But we can tell you when your factory warranty will expire and how much it costs to get extended coverage now.  A legitimate business like National Vehicle Headquarters will not call the extended coverage a warranty because legally it is not a warranty.  It is a Service Contract.  Any company that calls the extended coverage a warranty is either ignorant of the law or blatently misleading the public.  Thank you for your time.

National Vehicle Headquarters must do the same thing as any insurance company that you may use.  We all must ask for the VIN whether it be for insurance or a Service Contract.  There is no way that State Farm or Allstate will know your VIN until you give it to them and purchasing a Service Contract is the same way.  We purchase your name, address and the fact that you purchased a vehicle so many months ago from one of many list sources.  We do not purchase your VIN as they should not have that nor can we buy it.  It must come from the consumer just like an insurance company.  In fact, I would be leary of any company that had my VIN except for maybe the dealership where I bought the vehicle.  As you can see above we do not have nor do we claim to have your vehicle information.  This is provided by the customer so that they may recieve a quote.  Thank you for your time.

National Vehicle Headquarters does not claim to have your vehicle information anymore than your insurance company does when you purchase a new car.  You must provide the information to recieve a quote.  You can describe the vehicle or you can provide the VIN which tells us about your vehicle.  We are not affiliated with your selling dealer in most cases but we do recommend that you go back there for service.  We do have relationships with thousands of dealers and lenders through our parent company but we make no claim to have a relationship with your particular dealer.  We just recommend them for service as they usually have the tools and the know how to repair your vehicle correctly.  Thank you for your time.

If your card says second notice then we would have mailed you once before.  It is entirely possible that the post card got lost in the mail.  It would not be the first time.  If you have already purchased extended coverage then we would not want to even quote you as we are not interested in trying to talk you out of your current protection plan.  In fact our post card states right on it, "If you have already paid for extended coverage then please diregard this notice".  National Vehicle Headquarters is not attempting to tell you that something is wrong with your vehicle.  We simply offer you a quote on extended coverage.  Thank you for your time.

In response to this message I will say that National Vehicle Headquarters is not trying to fake out or scare anyone.  We are simply offering you extended coverage.  Plus if you have already purchased extended coverage then please ignore the post card as it plainly states on the post card, "If you have already paid for extended coverage please disregard this notice".  If you want to talk to a company that has been in business over 10 years, fielded millions of phone calls and always been a leader in the field of service contracts and you don't have an extended coverage plan then please feel free to call.  Thank you for your time.

National Vehicle Headquarters does offer coverage to people that are under their original factory warranty same as the dealer does at the time of purchase.  It is simply an offer to recieve a quote on extended coverage.  If you purchase extended coverage while you are still covered with the factory warranty you will get a better price and coverage plan.  It is just like life insurance.  The earlier you get the coverage the less you pay for it and the better the plan.  We have no problem with you contacting the maunfacturer or the BBB but we would like you to first call us for an explanation of why we offer the coverage while you are still covered.  We often times will tell the consumer what their factory warranty is covering and how long it is for.  Some people choose to wait till later and pay a higher price for the extended coverage but most people will go ahead and get it based on the cost advantage.  That is if they are planning on keeping their vehicle beyond the factory coverage.  Thank you for your time.

If you do not have a warranty as you state then it can be very advantageous to look into getting an extended coverage plan.  Between labor rates and parts these repairs can be devastating to a families budget.  National Vehicle Headquarters offers protection from the soaring cost of repairs.  I will state because you say that you have recieved phone calls, that we have never engaged in outbound calling but have only used direct mail and some Tv advertisements.  I think you will find that the phone calls have stopped at least from service contract companies because they have been investigated and in some cases prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  We have worked with the Missouri State Attorney General to prevent and eliminate these kinds of problems in the service contract industry.  Thank you for your time.

National Vhicle Headquarters does not have your vehicle information at all.  This information must be provided by the customer in order to recieve a quote.  It is just like insurance in some respects.  If you purchase a new car and you want to get a quote on rates you will need to provide the vehicle information and the VIN.  From the VIN they can tell how to rate your vehicle and that is the same with National Vehicle Headquarters.  All we have or claim to have is your name, address and the fact that you purchased a vehicle some time ago.  With this information we send you the post card as an offer to recieve a quote.  It is just a simple offer and there is no scam involved.  Please contact us at anytime.  Thank you.

National Vehicle Headquarters does send out post cards and we may have warned you about your vehicle warranty expiration but we have never ever taken part in outbound calls.  In fact this site is all about 800 numbers calling you but as I said we have never used any robo-dialing or automated calls or anything of the sort.  We only call people that have called us and requested a call back by leaving us a message.  We would have no reason to disconnect a call on a 2008 model vehicle.  We would love to offer you a quote at any time.  No obligations.  Plus we have an interest free payment plan so you don't have to come up with a lump sum to get coverage.  Thank you for your time.

National Vehicle Headquarters simply wants to offer you extended coverage for your vehicle and as for as vehicle warranty expiration it is quite difficult to predict someone miles as you may guess.  Some people drive a lot and some drive very little so it is difficult to know how soon someone vehicle warranty will expire.  We do know that it is coming thus we offer the extended coverage.  I do think you are correct in saying that common sense should prevail and that people should educate themselves.  That is one of the jobs we teach our representatives, to educate people.  We find that so many people do not know what kind of coverage they have or may think the limited powertrain warranty is a bumper to bumper plan when it is definitely not bumper to bumper.  All buyers should beware of who they are dealing with.  How many years have they been in business.  What kind of rating does the company have with the BBB.  We would be more than happy to answer all of those questions.  Thank you for your time.

I am sorry that you were made to feel like a fool for talking with us.  That is why I am writing so that people will not think it is a mistake to call us.  If the information you are worried about was your miles and VIN then you arfe completly safe.  There is nothing we could do with your miles and as for as your VIN goes it just describes your vehicle and that is all.  National Vehicle Headquarters is a national provider of vehicle extended service contracts.  We have been in business for over 10 years and have an excellent reputation.  Through our parent company we have relationships with thousands of dealerships, and many  lenders and banking facilities.  We work hard to earn the public trust and you have nothing to fear in dealing with us.  I am sorry that this site has mnade you feel that you could be scammed but you were not harmed in any way.  We simply offer quotes on extended coverage plans.  Thank you for your time.

There seems to be a case of mistaken identity at work here.  National Vehicle Headquarters has never engaged in outbound telemarketing.  We choose instead to use the less invasive method of advertising known as direct mail.  There were for certain those companies using the outbound telemarketing and that included robo calls.  The government has basically as of now shut those people down.  We have always made our decisions ethically and never went with the outbound telemarketing strategy.  Thank you for your time.

Dear Emma,  National Vehicle Headquarters may have sent you a post card about extended coverage but please don't confuse us with those terrible companies that called all of us at all hours of the day and night.  We have never used outbound telemarketing to solicit business.  We prefer the less intrusive, less invasive method of direct mail.  There were some companies out there that tried to play off our name by choosing similar names but they have all gone out of business now or at least most of them have.  Since we only do direct mail you can get off our mailing list by calling us and requesting to be removed from the mailing list.  By doing this you are actually put into a suppression file and will not recieve anything from us or our parent company again.  This may possibly exclude you from offers done through your lender or dealership depending on if we have a relationship with them.  The point is we will gladly not mail you any more.  thank you for your time.

First, I would like to say that National Vehicle Headquarters did not get your information from your dealership.  It reads on every card that we send out, "If you have already paid for extended coverage then please diregard this notice".  When we speak of factory warranty expiration it is just that FACTORY WARRANTY not an extended service contract.  We have no way to know if you've already bought extended coverage so we put the disclaimer on every card that we send.  Believe me when I tell you that we do not want to sell you extended coverage if you have already paid for it.  Thank you for your time.

In many cases the dealership offers extended coverage on your vehicle at the time of purchase when it is brand new.  People do not consider this offer a scam so why would our offer one and a half months later be percieved as a scam?  This is quite confusing.  We are simply a business that offers extended coverage to people for their vehicles.  We are in no way a scam.  We operate a very ethical business and I am proud to work for a company that operates the way National Vehicle Headquarters does.  Don't be mis-guided by the mis-informed or ill-informed.  If you have any questions you may call me directly.  Kenneth M. Johnson at 866-225-6632.  Thank you for your time.

I believe that National Vehicle Headquarters is extremely ethical and operates a legitimate business that helps take care of many families and provides a great product to the masses who cannot afford or do not wish to pay for repair bills.  We did have Vehicle Warranty Expiration on our cards and were merely bringing to the public's attention the fact that it will expire if it has not already.  We were not intending to mislead anyone.  Vehicle warranty and extended coverage are not things one thinks of regularly and the sooner the purchase is made the less you pay so we are simply trying to help people that need it or want it.  Please call us if you have any questions.  Thank you for your time.

I suppose that their are criminals out there who can figure a way to scam us no matter what we do.  VIN 's are not something that is supposed to not be used in scams.  They are visible on your vehicle to people passing by it.  One can look on the internet to learn what a VIN tells you.  It's just about the particular vehicle and how it is equipped.  If you have any questions pleas call us.  Thank you.
