I recieved that same green card today.  I called the number thinking it was a scam.  I asked the guy what kind of company he was representing and he said something about extended warranties.  Then I asked him what vehicle he was talking about.  He said "the one you bought back around April".  So I said..."What vehicle was that?" and he responded by saying..."you don't remember what you bought back in April?"  I said, "Of course I remember, but I don't think you know"  he said he "couldn't tell me because of privacy"  Then I said...."well I bought a Harley in April, and it has a 2 year warranty".  Then his attitude changed...he apologized and said they didn't service motorcycles and that he would make that correction.

I KEEP GETTING UNWANTED CALLS FROM THE NATIONAL VEHICLE HEADQUARTERS 770 SPIRIT OF ST. LOUIS BLVD. CHESTERFIELD MO. 63005. COULD YOU PLEASE FIND OUT HOW TO GET ME OFF THEIR LIST!!!!

received one of those green cards with the same phone number on it.  Since I bought my car over a year ago, I thought maybe it was legit.  I'm glad that I goggled them and found all of you.  Too many people have too much time on their hands to try and scam us law abiding citizens!!

Just to inform everyone out there it is a scam call your dealership first, that's what i did and they told me what my veichle was covered.

I just got off the phone and the guy just kept asking for my vin number, I told him I do not feel comfortable giving him that and he started to argue with me. I told him I wanted to speak with his supervisor and he hung up the phone. I called back and could not get through.......... My car is 6 months old?????? I think I will pass on this one.

I received the same green letter today. It seems that it's SCAM. I've already got 6 year extended platinum warranty from Toyota when I purchased my car. I guess those dealer selling my address.

received same green post card today and i believe it is scam cuz i bought car one and half month ago.. damn National Vehicle Headquarters!

igot one of those green card too.. but i didnt take it lying down i give them a dose of their own medicion. i called them when they found out i was fake they started to laugh and hung up on me. haha

It's still happening.  Same company, same postcard scam.

Keep reporting these people!!!  They should all be fined or jailed for this.

I just contacted the BBB.org. And they emailed me back that they can't find anything with the name of National Vehicle Headquarters located in MO.

I just was scammed i thought I was buying a extended vehicle plan . Icalled 1-866-224-7135. Im so mad that people are so dishonest

I was just scammed I posted up a few seconds ago i put the wrong scam number it was 1-866-225-7135 it sounds so real

Now they are listing themselves as National Vehicle Headquarters. 770 Spirit of St. Louis Blvd. Chesterfield, MO 63005. Funny how they claim to know that your warranty is going to expire, but they want your VIN & mileage.

This is a bank trying to get you to call and sign you up with a loan to get an extended warranty. Just filed a complaint with the BBB. Stop this unsolisted mail. You do not pay for a mail box to get this junk mail. If they really want business they should go legit and advertise like every other company.

I got the green card.  Called 1-866-225-7135 today.  Spoke to a male on the phone.  I gave him my conirmation number.  He pulled up my name and said it.  Then I asked what this card was refering to?  He stated the Factory Registration is to be voided.  Then he asked i I purchased a car about 6 months ago?  I said that sounds about right?  He said was it nnew or used?  I told him new.  He asked what type of vehicle was it a Buick, Chevy, Toyota fishing or should I say phishing for an answer from me.  I stopped and asked him, "Well if you don't know my vehicle how will we do business?"

I just got the same card and glad I checked here first as I do need to extend my warranty.  I will get a quote from US Fidelis.
