I never had a payday loan, never applied for one and yet these calls keep coming. I block them and never answer. I did check my bank just in case and there was no money taken out.

so the call center is in India, told him i wanted to cancel he said he would refund the money i will let you know what happens and if they do in fact refund the money   im still calling the bank

Checked my bank balance faithfully every morning. Here's this debit of $30 even for a "Payment Assistance." Never heard of them. Dialed the number and their office is closed. Call the bank and filed an unauthorized withdraw from our checking account. Was told it will take about ten days to get my $30 back. I'm not sure if it has something to do with my online search for a loan. Somewhere someone got my banking information, and unknown to me, they made a withdraw. Scams! These people need to be imprisoned immediately! We all live check-to-check. No concern for the working stiffs in this country. I don't know about the rest of you all, but we're on a very tight fixed income where every cent is accounted for before it goes out the freaking door.

I too, have been taken for $30.00 by this company!!!!  I filled out an online application for a loan - that I didn't even get - only to wake up this morning to see this fraudulent charge on my checking accct!!!!!!!!!!  I never even gave out my banking info when I filled out that online app - I only gave my name address & phone number.  On the same day that I filled out the app, I had about 20 phone calls from these weird numbers and only spoke to non-English speaking folk!!!!!!!!!!  I was like "what the hell is going on???????"  I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone and when I called that 866-2356-7681, I only got a recording saying to email them at support@membershipcare.net.  This is a SCAM!!!!!!!  These people made my checking acct overdrawn, but thankfully my bank will reverse the $30.00 charge!!!!!!!  I am filing a report/complaint with the BBB AND the FTC.  You guys should do the same thing too, so the FTC can get the FBI to shut down these scam artists!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company took $30.00 out of my account.  I don't know who they are nor did I ever give them authorization to take money out of my account.

well...they got me too...but what should i do? i did get an online loan...that i'm sorry i got. However...i never autherized nor know who these people are taking out 30.00 from my checking account. If i claim fraud to my bank.....will they close my account? that would be a big inconvenience to me.

if i call the 866 number and cry fraud...WILL THEY THEN LEAVE ME ALONE?

You can contact your bank and stop these fruadulant charges from being deducted and you can also have them returned to your account. The banks and credit unions will allow you to stop the changes because most often these "companies" get your bank information when you go online to secure a payday loan. The websites you are refered to are not safe and many outside "indian spams" will be gin calling you as well. Be safe from the form of abuse.

I just checked my checking account balance and found that someone associated with phone number 866-235-7681 debited my checking account for $30.00 without my authorization. I am filing a complaint against this phone with my state Attorney General Office, Consumer Affairs Unit asking them to conduct an investigation into this obvious scam operation.

I just had the same problem!  But they told me 20-30 days!  I just filed a dispute w/ my bank.  This is BS.  He refused to even tell me what company they are when I called!!!

This just happened to me, my story follows everyone else's, $ 30 charge to 'Payment Assistance' as a direct debit to my account going back to First Premier Bank. This number is on the check image. Must have gotten my information from an online pay advance application, I am also being flooded with spam emails. I am having to get a new bank account. My bank filed a dispute and I need to go in and sign an affidavit that I did not authorize the charge.

Today when I checked my bank account, this company had stolen 30.00 out of it without any authorization.

It will take 20 days for them to refund the money back into your account ($30) however by the time the refund has posted they will have hit your account again for another $30, in which you will have to go through the process again. If you are trying to locate emergency funds, read the terms and conditions first & the policy. DEAL WITH a Direct LENDER ONLY!!!!, The phone number listed above is valid until they change it. the Valid e-mail is: support@fundingguarantee.com.... but let me inform you, if they have your information, it is likely that it is still traveling around the network, and auto loans, grants, ext will start to call and e-mail. The best thing you can do is contact your bank, file a dispute, then close or change your account ASAP

Took money out my account without my okay. Don't even know what this company is! Called number says leave message but it hangs up on you

yea this got me also. I applied for a loan but the next day i had a $30 charge to my account. I didnt even get the loan. My bank said my information was prob. given to a third party and that i can dispute it so I did. Why is the bank taking 30days to investigate, dont they know they will never get an answer from this company.

They took $30 from my account also. I will do the normal and send e-mails and call them and notify my bank. I will get my money back one way or the other. When ever this has happened before I have always got the money back. But some times you have to raise a lot of you know what to get it back.

TN here and same thing happened with me in regards to the 30 bucks on 7/5/11. Called my back to dispute and they are going to refund it. I did also call payment assistance and actually got a hold of someone right away. He tried to sale me a bunch of stuff but I refused... he gave me a confirmation number on the refund but we will see.

The same thing that everyone is saying about $30.00 being deducted from their account happened to me too!!!  :(  I'm gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau too! When I call the telephone number 866-233-8422 that appeared on my checking acct it said to email them at support@membership.net.
