trying to contact my minor child that is  supposed to be in collections, refused to send validation of debt, minors cannot enter contracts that could incur a debt. unethical and illegal business practices

Goes to voice mail and keeps on calling for some debt on a dead person. Not my problem. It starts out by saying that if you're not this person, to hang up yet listening to the message then that means you're that person they're calling about. Sorry, you left all that information on my answering machine. Number blocked.

No you cant be arrested but they can garnish wages or win a judgement against you.

BUT they would have to take you to court & win before that would happen - and that would expose them to law enforcement.  That happening would be an extremely rare!

You stopped by to instill fear in someone who posted here 12 years ago?  That would be the only reason I can see for your post since you did not get a call from this number.  I can tell that you didn't because you never mentioned getting a call.  I seems that you failed Shilling 101.  I hope your employers at that DC withhold payment for that really lame attempt at scaring people.

Yeah, it's a debt collector, they are trying to collect on a bill I will not pay, reason why? Cause I was deathly sick and hospital sent me home with a inhaler, I had covid, the first one, lost 2 months of work and almost died. So they can call all they want, not answering
