8 rings. Dialed *57-Call Traced!
2nd call from 1-866-294-1752 Sat 2/21/09 at 11:41AM
5 rings. Dialed *57-Call Traced!
3rd call from 1-866-294-1752 Sat 2/21/09 at 4:41PM
6 rings. Dialed *57-Call Traced!

I TOLD IQOR THAT THESE CALLS WERE BEING PLACED ON A
CALL TRACE LIST (With my phone company),
EVERYTIME THEY CALLED, AND THANKED THEM FOR CALLING!
Then I told IQOR that this was the end of me notifing
them of this. I will continue to Dial *57 everytime
they call but will not make them aware of this anymore!

I was in the process of calling these 'folks' back when I came across this site.  I hang up the phone while I was on hold.  Thank you for the great info.  The next time they call they will realize that they have called the wrong number.  We are the ones paying the phone bills not them.  So let's start getting our money's worth.

They keep calling me 5-6 times daily.  Apparently, I have some outstanding Rogers bills of $40+.  The guy with indian accent said its a collection agency IQore or ICore Canada.  They gave me all particulars, but all were incorrect.  Wrong phone number, wrong rogers account number,incorrect date of birth and address.  I told them I am not the person they are looking for but they keep calling and now leaving messages to call them back.  Seems some scam.

This so called company I corp. has been calling my cell number for the past 2 weeks and not leaving any messages about 4 to 5 times a day and late in to the night...I finally called it back to see who they were. He said the name of the company was I corp. and he was looking for some guy named Shawn. Told him no Shawn lives here, and to stop calling. Well he kept on calling. Told him if he called me one more time I was going to report him to the police or Better Buisness Bureau.....last call from him was an hour ago

Thinking about getting automatic dialer software, loading with their own script, program it to phone their numbers as was posted in previous messages: 1-877-503-2115, 1-866-294-1752, 1-866-205-3071, 1-800-834-5467, 1-866-277-5467, 1-866-227-5467, 1-866-205-3061, 1-800-811-4214, 1-888-804-8198, 1-800-657-2057.

Let it call through every number at about a 60 second cycle rate for 12 hours a day...

Now, if everone did that....

Iqor is the new name for CBCL.
They kept calling us and calling us everyday. I found out finally how to stop them, everytime they call dial57-Try it.

Everyone will be able to see every number these people have called
from over the last 6 years. We have kept records from CID units and
call trace programs for many years. The calls came first from CBCL
or Canadian Bonded Credits in 2004 (CID said Auto Dialer at that time), then from D and A Collections in 2005, then from CBCL in 2006 and 2007. Then in 2008 CBCL changed names to IQOR but still use the CBCL number;
1-877-503-2115. Now they use both these numbers to harass consumers, alternating the numer they call from day to day, every day.
They've been giving us a small break in the calls for the last few days, but it looks as if they will step up the harassment this month.

automated voice telling me to hold over and over, yeah right the second time they called it was a human i told thenm to pretty much rub salt and they hung up they always ask for some one different to when they do call k... go figure lol

The company us "1qor Canada ltd".  They are irritating as sin.  I have been fighting with them for the last two months over an old rogers cable account that i had closed in 2004.  They say they are the third collection agency the notice has gone to and that i owe them over $100.  FUnny thing is though, i have my last cable statement saying the account is closed, and i have had the same cell phone number, which was listed on the account, since 2002.  So no way would i have not been contacted before now.  
None of them speak very good english and refuse to give you a supervisor, or even a number to speak with a supervisor.  I just tell them they are wasting their time as they wont get any money out of me.  Also, when you try their fax number (866-637-7783) it is always busy.  When you threaten to charge them with harassment they stop calling for that day, then carry on the next.  They are licenced in Canada but not in the states, and sounds like their call center is based in the middle east.  My advice, if they call, get an audit done by your personal bank and they can deal with iqor

Called yesterday at 3:56 PM. Dialed *57 again. Got them on my phone company call trace list about 20 times so far. They also call from 1-877-503-2115.
We've posted many complaints online about this harassment. IQOR, CBCL, D&A
collections, or whatever they call this outfit now, are going to be very shocked in the near future. The stuff we have on these idiots is amazing.
It just goes on and on and on... It'll be all online soon. IQOR has found a group of consumers that are going to really give them a run for thier money.

For last several days I'm getting calls from 1-866-294-1752 about a person who never lived here,I told them that there is no person of that name here and hang up.They still continuing calling me.

I had 2 calls from IQOR today 8 minutes apart,
and from these 2 different phone numbers;
1st call was from; 1-866-294-1752 Tue 3/10/09 5:21 PM IQOR,
2nd call was from; 1-877-503-2115 Tue 3/10/09 5:29 PM CBCL.
I called and asked why they are doing this and reminded
them of the provincial laws collection agencies should be
following regarding the number of times (3) they are allowed
to call us in a period of 1 week. The guy I was talking to
(Eric) just asked the numbers that called me. I told him
the 2 numbers listed above. He assured me that IQOR is not a
Telemarketer. I told him that; I know this! I told him I knew
who they are (IQOR former CBCL-it makes no difference too me).
I told this Eric that IQOR is not following the rules/laws
governing the frequency of their calls. I also told this Eric
to check the complaints online tonight.

If we consider the way this outfit (IQOR) conducts business;
1. Calling us many times in one day (breach of law),
2. Calling from different numbers in one day (breach of law),
3. Calling more than 3 times in 1 week (breach of law),
4. Calling when they've been told not to (breach of law),
5. Calling and they don't know who they want (breach of law),
6. Calling without any previous written notice (breach of law),
Etc., Etc., Etc., then it must be true, IQOR is a SCAM!!!
IQOR might be a collection agency, but they are behaving like
Telemarketers. That's why we have decided to classify IQOR as a TeleMarketer Collection Outfit! Because, THAT'S ALL THEY ARE!
