I got a call from this number, the man said his name was Martin. That he was calling on behalf of my brother and that he wanted to give me a code to use in case he got deported. And then the call got cut off at 1 minute and I was told to enter my debit card to continue the call. I am very worried, I did have a brother who was detained and deported by ICE previously, so I’m guessing they just have my number and now I’m getting scammed. But I’m also scared because what if this is true? Can anyone help??

NEVER give someone who calls asking for your debit/credit card number that information, no matter WHO they claim to be! If you're concerned for your brother, contact ICE at a known phone number, such as one found on their official website.

Its all lies  i just reseived a call  but i dnt answer i checked were my loved one is at and hes on a state jail i call to the jail to make sure its him who is calling me but they say they aare in lokeddown so they cannot make ani tipe of calls dont give them ur info

A 866-348-6231 called me two times today I didn't know who it was so I did not answer but I'm glad I looked it up

This number called me pass 10PM while I was sleeping. Next morning, I checked voice mail. It was unclear and no sense what they tried to say. I looked this number up and found out it was a scam.

No. This particular number is a scam.   It calls randomly at times.   It called my google voice number that literally no one even knew I had

I have received no less than 5 calls in the last 90 days from that number. My understanding is that it’s from a federal lockup in SoCal. I’ve only had this number about 90 days.

This is an official number from Immigration. The call could be from different facilities of their correctional centers. I received one from a relative that is in Austin, Tx. This is a true number for their inmates in order for them to be let out or help that they need. You can also go to the web site getting out.com and look for your family and friends. There you can make a deposit of $10.00 dollars so you can leave a message to your relative or friend. That amount will be reimburse back to you later.

Have been receiving calls on my cell phone from 866-348-6321 all multiple times of the day with prerecorded message in creole.  Only thing I can make out is to press 1 (un / one) or 2 (two/deux).
I contacted Talton Communication in Selma, AL at 334-877-0704 -  spoke with Cheryl who indicated calls were coming from Adams County, MS jail. I do not kow anyone in jail. Sh said she blocked my number. We will see how that pans out.

Got two calls from this number, two minutes apart. Press 1 to accept the call; press 2 to reject the call. Pronunciation was not clear and while I hesitated, the call disconnected.

came up first as ICE. second one JAIL. 2 hours apart. It's almost 9pm!
