I just received a call from this number on my Straight Talk cell phone.  I do not answer telephone #'s that I do not recognize so it went to voice mail.  I checked the voice mail could not understand it cause it was garbled and in a foreign language.  So I erased it.  

If u are getting calls from 18663486231 it means someone who knows u is trying to contact u bcz he or she is in jail......

You are an idiot. It's 10cents a min. This company is telmate. And They usually have a mins on their account already to call. It's free if you put money for them. Sucks for you your wife puts money for another guy in jail. Ha!!!

I received several calls from this number today - May 30, 2014. Whomever it was, they were calling my cell (Hah! Hah!. A cell mate calling my cell!). Too bad for them that I was driving at the time and would not answer, nor would I answer any call I do not know. Each call left a message on my voice mail, but it was just part of a recording. A female voice in English saying, ..."if you want to accept the call, press 1. To continue in Spanish, press 2...." I never finished the massage but deleted them thinking it was a sales call or some other thing I have no interest in. When I returned home, I looked the number up. I read the comments. I do not know anyone in TN but it may well be that this is a Nationwide thing, however, I do not know any aliens, illegal or otherwise, nor how they would have obtained my number. I have a free app called White Pages Current. I programmed it to block this call so I will not hear from them again, although White Pages Current tells me they tried several times since I blocked them.

Call is in Spanish, but the one thing that I can understand is they say
"Northwest Detention Center"
