BEWARE!! WU YI TEA GIVES YOUR INFORMATION TO LIVING LEAN.  THEY STATE IT IS IN THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IT IS NO WHERE ON THE  WEBSITE.  I HAD THE REP FOR LIVING LEAN "TRY" AND SHOW ME WHERE ON THE WEBSITE IT WAS AND IT IS NOT THERE.   THIS IS SO CRAPPY OF WU YI.  THEY STATE IT IS A FREE TRIAL BUT ONCE AGAIN IT IS NOT.  YOU PAY THE SHIPPING AND THEY ONLY LET YOU TRY IT FOR 14 DAYS, IF YOU DONT CANCEL THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE FREE TRIAL (29.95).... THEN WHEN THEY SEND OUT YOUR NEXT 3 MONTHS, THEY START OFF CHARGING YOU  34.90.  I CANCELLED SO HOW THEY DO THE NEXT 2 MONTHS TRANSACTION I AM NOT SURE.  BEWARE, I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THE INTERNET!

Just got off the phone with living lean....to my understanding the "subscription" is not in the terms of the agreement it is in the advertising.  They did cancel my "subscription" but the whole thing is CRAP.  I will be reporting them to everyone I can possible think of and I hope all of you will do the same.

Wu-yi tea isn't a brand name, it's a type of Chinese oo-long tea. You don't need to get it online. You can buy it in pretty much any Asian supermarket for about $6

Look at all these complaints, 7 PAGES of them!!!!  I have never ordered the tea or this living lean crap, yet i was charged for both; the tea about a week ago and the living lean yesterday!  I got my refund on the tea only after arguing with the CSR who had the nerve to tell me my 3 year old son must have made the transaction since I didnt do it or recieve anything EVER...argh!  Anyway I thought that was past me and BAM another charge for this living lean.  Im definately writing the BBB about this, I recommend others do to!

Like everyone else I too got charged from Living Lean, $19.95.  There was no phone number with the charge so I googles Living Lean and found this site.  I called 866-396-5711 and spoke with Jasmine.  She cancelled the Living Lean subscription, nice of her since I didn't even order it.  She didn't mention refunding the $19.95 until I said that I was going to call my bank and tell them that this was an unauthorized charge.  She then refunded the $19.95 and said it would take 3-5 business days for the credit to show up.  I really feel sorry for these poor operators that are having to take these calls.  They are usually just poor innocent people trying to make a living.  The people who came up with this scam don't have to answer the phones and deal with all the complaints.  I know they can look for other jobs but I think they probably took these jobs not knowing they were getting involved with this scam.  Hey folks how stupid are we all for thinking there was a magic tea?  I read on the box that it's just tea, really didn't do much to curb my appetite. Good luck everyone, hope you get your money back.  Lesson learned, last time I order off one of those internet ads, too much small print and always a catch.

I too, thought the Wu Yi tea sounded like a good idea.  After all I love tea.  After ordering the first trial samples I noticed a foreign charge for something called Living Lean Las Vegas.  I asked my husband what he'd ordered.  He had never heard of it either.  Since then Wu Yi has charged my account repeatedly.  The original charge of $6.95 on 3/11 the $29.95 on 4/7, then a charge from Living Lean for $19.95 on 4/15 and another $34.90 on 4/15 and then yesterday 4/21 I noticed a charge for $34.90.  I called them on 4/15 to dispute the charges for that day.  I was told it would be a MONTHLY charge of $34.90 for three months.  They would not explain the Living Lean only gave me a number to call to cancel that.  (Like I have time to sit on the phone with these people.)  Living Lean does not answer.  And, they have no website.  I went on a live chat with Paul from Wu Yi and he explained the whole monthly charge thing.  He could not however explain why he was charging me each WEEK.  I did notice after the chat, which I printed out, that the 4/21 charge was credited back to my account so, that was a plus.  However, I will be charged two more $34.90 charges beginning 5/15 and 6/15.  He suggested I return my tea for a refund and those charges would be credited back.  Problem is I've only received the original 14 day trial box of tea.  So, I guess I'll have to see if anything comes in the mail.  As for Living LEan, I'm still trying to cancel that.  I guess the bottom line is...NEVER, EVER, EVER use your debit card to pay for ANYTHING!  Bank of America says I must go thru all these processes of disputing this with WU YI so, they won't block any further charges.  We have paid off all our credit cards and are debt free so, my debit card doubles as a credit card.  I will never do this again.  If I can't pay cash, I don't need it.  This is the biggest scam I've ever seen.  They prey on people who already have self-esteem issues and that makes me sick.  They whould be shut down.  EVERYONE who has been scammed by them should help warn others.

Oh, yeah!  And one more thing.  I am a personal trainer.  I ordered this tea mainly to see if it rendered results and to help my clients who had asked about the tea.  I wish I'd stuck to my guns on this.  I know better than this!  People listen up...diet pills and gimmicks DO NOT WORK!  Please, stop throwing your money away on this crap!  I was had because I wanted to believe it worked.  Let me tell you...the ONLY true way to be slim is DIET and EXERCISE!  You must put in the hard work to see results.  There are NO get slim quick remedies.  You can do it!  Stick with a good 1200 to 1600 calorie either high protein or high carb diet.  I know it sounds like a lot but you have to get that metablolism working again to burn those calories.  And then join a good program like Curves for Women or Butterfly Fitness.  Something with both strength training and cardio.  Drink at least 64 oz of water a day or half your body weight and even if you just walk or jog every day that will help.  But, you have to do it everyday.  It's something you have to work at.  And you CAN do it.  Good Luck guys.

I just contacted my bank to dispute the charge of $19.95.  My representive at the bank said that he has dealt with this before and that this is not a charge for the tea.  It is a charge for an online website service where you can log on to get information about losing weight.  He said that though we cancel the product from coming we also have to contact the company to cancel the online website charge as well.  Still in the process of doing this.  You can call 866-396-5711 to cancel the so called online website that you automatically get signed up for when you buy the tea.  Though you may cancle the order for the tea you must also call this number to cancle the online service.  Hopes this helps all of you.  What a ripoff.

I too cancelled my order with Wu-Yi and Living Lean. I have received no more charges from either, but have not received my refund of $19.95 from Living Lean. I called 1-866-396-5711, this morning and spoke with someone named Andy. He informed me that I had cancelled with Living Lean but not ASKED for a refund. This is bull! However he proceeded to give me yet another confirmation number for my refund. This is supposed to take 3 to 5 business days to process. If I do not receive the refund to my account at that time, I am "more than welcome to call back". So, even if you do cancell on these products, make sure you demand a refund confirmation number along with the cancellation number. Hope this helps you.
