I just called 866-396-5711 and actually reached a person named Argie.  He cancelled my subscription and said I would only be charged $3.95.  He said the customer service office was located at 2620 S. Maryland Parkway #969, Las Vegas, NV  89109.  We will see what happens as I keep checking my bank statement.  We shouldn't have to spend so much time digging for contact information for this company.  The Ontario, CA address was the one on the box that was shipped to me but there is no phone number for that address.

Jesse Willms lives in Sherwood Park Alberta Canada.  He is 21 years old and is absolutely full of it...He has ripped off more people than you can ever imagine.  He runs more web sites, selling everything from software to tea.  I know I used to be his friend and was making money off his coat tails but I can no longer live with this on my conscience.

I would like to stop receiveing your tea. I have so many boxes it will take a long time to use. Your attention to this matter is very inport. How are these people getting away with this...my mum used my credit card to order the WuYi tea and it was suppose to be a trial special and i noticed i was getting weird charges and not recieving anything.
We have to make these B******** before they get to others.

Everyone needs to contact their Better Business Bureau and the Attorny General's Office and reports this.  When everyone makes a statement and a fuss you will see results.  Also tell these people and be firm you don't want this product it si a fraudulant product you want a full refund.  You should never pay for something that is fraudulant.  They try to talk fast and tell you you are getting exactly what you signed up for you tell them NO it isn't or you would have receieved the real Wu Yi tea.  But make sure and look up your attorny general's office and better business bureau (BBB) and file online a claim.  Please do this now!

I don't even want the tea.  I originally ordered the tea as a trial and paid the shipping charge of $6.95.  But I just found out that my bank account has had a deduction of $60.55 for the tea each month qand qa $5.00 charge for the web access and a $10.05 charge for membership which I never agree to join.  I have been getting ripped off$75.60 each month for about 6 months.  Now I have to go without a ATM/Visaq card for 90 days while my bank investigates this matter of fraud.  I was lucky that my bank's fraud division caught this or I might have not realized it(my bad).

I am in Australia also and am also being ripped off by this company.  At the end of every month money is taken from my account. I have again sent them another email, so waiting to see if I have a reply.  For the benefit of us Aussies my bank said that if we dont get any satisfaction to report them as a scam to the ACC.  Dunno if that will do any good.  I just want to stop money from coming out of my account.

I got a message on my phone today with three refunds, and tree confirmation numbers, I recieved two emails verifying the phone call, i have gotten 3 differant phone numbers 4 including this one, they all go to Centurytel cosomer servic, what does the phone company hace to do with any of this, like the fedgrantusa cd I recieved from I do not even know who.  now what?
