- tatjanaI have deduction on my account twice of 19.45 USD but I havenot any order in my address.I waiting an answer
- Darla in NYWTF... I ordered this tea for myself. I thought that it was going to be great! After the first week my credit card was charged $29.95 & $19.95 for Living Lean! I called Living Lean and they hung up on me constantly and gave me really bad customer service. I didn't have any funds in that account because I wanted to close the account and it was charged two overdraft fees of $33 ($66 total). They wouldn't refund the overdraft fee or the $29.95 & $19.95 so I had to pay it myself! WTF? Is there a way I can take them to court? SOOOO PISSED!

- Bruce Drew replies to QWe just experienced the same thing only four amounts debited by WUYITEA_WUYISOURCE1-86: $29.95 on March 4, 2008; $34.90 on April 16, 2008; $29.95 on May 13, 2008; $29.95 on June 12, 2008. There ALSO was $19.95 for April, May and June for LIVING LEAN. Thats a total of $184.60 !! Would you be kind enough to provide us with the phone number you called to speak with Freddy? E mail to b-j.drew@shaw.ca.
Many thanks. - Mr. Ed replies to Candace| 1 replyI sent an e-mail to teahelp@usa.com today to cancel any future orders.I received a Delivery Status Notification (Failure). This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed?
teahelp@usa.com - Abridges67I don't get to look at my credit card statements much because I am so busy with work and kids but I guess I am going to have to start making a point of it. I had the same thing happen to me as the rest of you except I didn't figure it out until 4 months later. I called and raised he** with the CSR there and told her that if I did not get all 4 months refunded that they would have a major lawsuit on their hands and that I am just the one to do it. After speaking with the supervisor, I got all 4 months refunded back to my credit card. Remember be firm, stand your ground, and don't accept anything less than what you are asking for.

- Shirley Yarber replies to SunshinePlease stop my shipment of wu yisource tea. debit card is going to be changed emediately. I am returning the tea and want it stopped
Shirley Yarber - Fed up with cheaters replies to toplineSame thing happened to me. Thanks soooo much for your helpful post. Just got off the phone and they will credit me for 4 months. My husband thought it was a gym membership. They kept saying that it was noted on the sales page that I would need to call Living Lean. I told her that when I canceled with Wu Yi tea they should have had the courtesy to tell me that I need to also cancel with Living Lean. Or.....better yet, I should have received some information by email or by postal mail that I was in fact a new member of Living Lean. I told her that it PROVES that it's a scam...they hope people will not notice and then they make out like bandits. I have the email confirmation of my credit...I will keep an eye on my card. I encouraged her to get into another line of work since she seemed so nice. I asked her how she would feel if it were her mother or sister who was scammed like this. That won't help the corrupt guys at the top but maybe it will help her to find something honest to do.
Anyway, thanks for your help. I will definitely pay closer attention when I order online from now on. - gloriaWow! It looks like a lot of dissatisfied customers. I am disappointed in this product as well. I am going to go to VISA and tell them I did not approve this living lean charge as well. I was given an e-mail address to cancel my order with Wu-Yi, but it came back as undeliverable. Tried to get customer service on the phone - was on hold for over an hour. What does that tell you? One hell of a lot of customers like me - completely dissatisfied. Perhaps we should all consider a call to the business bureau.

- Got Scammed in Chicago too replies to ConnieYou not only have to call 866-449-5567 x 2 or x 3 (cancels tea) but also have to call 866-396-5711 (Cancels lean living). Once you have done that you must send an e-mail to teahealth@usa.com. Good luck!
- Got FULL Refund - 3 Months of ChargesI just got off of the phone, spoke to Supervisor JENNY. Ordered the TEA, spoke to my physician, was told the tea would interfer with some of the medications I take. When it arrived, I sent it back the same day, unopened, emailed and called to cancel. Agreed to the 6.95 shipping charge only, was told the account was closed. That should have been the end of it. I got charged in April, I contacted them again, was told the same thing. Charged in May, same thing. June's deduction was just on my account and I flipped.
After speaking with the Customer Service rep, I refused their offer of the cancellation of my account and a single months worth of 19.95 charges and stayed on the line as longgggggggggg as it took to get her to understand I was NOT going to cancel my credit card over this, I would have VISA go after them instead. I told them repeatedly that I ordered during a TRIAL basis which means I can try it and cancel within 30 days AND they were not authorized during a trial to distribute my banking info to the "website" during the 30 TRIAL. I was put on hold again and waited until she returned to the phone to inform me I was going to get credit for all 3 months of charges within 48 hours, confirmation number received, etc. - Linda replies to sadee8Did you get your money back?
- Reilly replies to carolMe too, got scammed and have reported my checkcard stolen to stop them access to my checking account. Will take up the past billing issues with my bank. My question to you is since you have sold teas in your shop can you tell me why this tea would have caused my body temperature to raise every twenty minutes or so, kinda like "hot-flashes" I called them to cancel due to this reason and of course they gave me the some bull. I know for a fact that this was from there tea because it started with the tea and ended when I quit drinking it!!! Sorry to all of you who have been scammed. I learned my lesson!!!!!!!
- lea replies to Joe| 2 repliesI am considering a lawsuit against Living Lean and WiYu Tea. Perhaps it will turn into a class action.....with the information from this and other sites indicating the amount of unauthorized charges.
- stupid in OhioI did the trial 6.95, then after the 14 days they charged me 29.95 for the same shipment because I kept it. I called to cancel, but it was after the 14 days and the guy said I couldn't because I agreed to a pre arranged 3 shipment. I like the tea fine so figured whatever... so they charged in May 34.95 - I received 1 box with 3 smaller boxes in it.. so I thought ok, 10.00 a box i can do that. NO0000...they charged me in June for 29.95, that wasn't for a new shipment it was for 1 of those smaller boxes that was shipped in May. The reason I was charged an extra 5.00 in May was for shipping. then I was charged in June 29.95 and again in July 29.95. I did the on-line chat so I would have a transcript and this that is how it was explained. I did get a credit for 1 box - 29.95 and they cancelled my tea shipments...got a cancellation number.
But a joke... I paid 100.00 for a few boxes of tea. rip off... - sugarOh yeah! I too fell for the this so called diet tea, it didn't work for me (couldn't say the same for others), that's why I have already cancelled my wu-Yi source membership. That's when I realized that Living Lean subscription is another different company, that I have to spend for an international call to be able to cancel my membership. I was able to talk to a girl named Naomi, she was nice though and gave me my cancellation code after all series of questions and reminders. I told her that I was not receiving any email regarding diet or any healthy tips from them and I have already cancelled my wu-yi tea membership and yet I've been receiving charges in my credit card statement. Just have to see by next month if she has done her job or not, I hope she will.
- Zach Van Draeden replies to BarbaraWell, I for one want to extend my gratitude for your exhaustive search uncovering the multitude of online scams represented by Mr. Jesse Willms of Canada. I clicked on the Ad and after following a few links ended up here, and found your investigation amongst numerous complaints about Wu Yi' - Living Lean billing scams.. .. Initially, I simply wanted to know if this (Wu Yi) is just another one of those "GREEN TEA" recipes that keeps me running back and forth to the john, or not? If so, then I will continue to sweat off this well earned 20 lb gut without their secret formula, I just figured that this tea would be an edge to go along with these tough workout's. . . On TWO separate occasions I have tried "Green Tea," with one lousy outcome each time. That would the devastating effect of increasing the frequency of bathroom trips for about 3 weeks before going back to normalcy. . . So, I was probably stupid to think otherwise about Wu Yi tea and it's potential affectation's upon my schedule since, and I do not intend to find myself with both the problem that I have described and the one that you describe, I will pass SO TO SPEAK, on Wu Yi....
- Tappie replies to BSMWell guess what? I ordered the tea and paid 4.95 for shipping and handling and on the same day, I came here and read the reviews that people left here...so I immediately cancelled my credit card and am being issued another one with a different number. I wont be scammed and if I dont get the tea, at least I would have only lost 5 dollars. Also you can get the same tea on ebay without having to go through this company.
I just wonder if the tea really works. - Tappie replies to KCHey dude, dont cancel your order. Let them send it, just cancel your credit / debit card and get your bank to issue you another one. That will stop them from billing you anymore than they are supposed too.
- Tappie replies to DebrahBut what about the people who are literally not able to execise for health reasons but really need to loose weight. I mean if diet and exercise is the only way...then a lot of people may remain obese because they cant exercise in a way that would be beneficial to them loosing weight.
- lani replies to Mike Stefhow can i order your product? i just want to try.
