I also ordered and then cancelled. I phoned them and they said to send an email so it is in writing. I got a reply saying my shipping money would be refunded. I'll check my bank account and inform my credit card company not to let charges through. Also Living Lean counselling has to be cancelled. Call 1-866-396-5711

    Good luck!

Last time I checked my bank account hadn't even been charged the shipping fees. If that happens, then I have their email saying a refund is coming...takes a couple of weeks they said.

What makes you think this is a Canadian company? Tjeir mailing address is Ontario, California. Their web site is from Las vegas.

Did you find out how to cancel the order. I called them today I got a confrrmation on the living lean to cancel the 19.95 charge, which by the way we're paying to read their web page. But to cancel the rest I can't seem to get through to anyone.

I have cancelled any future deliveries of the tea and have cancelled the living lean.  I received cancellation confirmation #s.
My 14 day (from the time I received tea) is up shortly.  I was informed by Jaque from live chat that i would still be charged 29.95.  i was to only be charged for shipping.
If my acct is charged for 29.95, I will fight it.
I would appreciate not being made a fool of just because I (like many others here)wanted to believe in your product and your offer.
I will pray that your company succeeds if it deserves to.
    Have a wonderful life......

I had concerns about the WuTi Source people too. A LOT to pay for a 5 dollar box of tea that isn't packaged real well...The bags CONSTANTLY rip open when used.

They were VERY good about cancelling the Living Lean program ($19.90) before it even started...Call them and explain and they fix the problem..1-866-449-5567....or e-mail them at teahelp@usa.com

What TORQUED ME OFF was a $9.85 charge from smarttemplatespro.com WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE????  I had to cancel my CC...What a pain in the A$$!!

Thanks for the info!! It was very helpful. I also got charged for this tea as well as living lean in Las Vegas. Neither of which I placed an order for. I just yelled at the tea people last month and did get my money back. Now, this month I see Living Lean Charged me 19.95. After ranting and raving about calling the BBB they agreed to credit my account. They also gave me a Conf#.  I reported this to my bank, but can't change my bank account until after I receive my refund. I cancelled my card, dropped my checking balance down to $1.00 to keep it open, and talked to my bank's manager. They aren't that sympathetic because I was worried about another charge coming through and getting a NSF fee. BEWARE..they may share and pass around your information to others. Has anyone received a refund from Living Lean??

I found this site by doing research after noticing a charge of only $1.25 from Living Lean in Los Vegas yesterday on my online banking account, along with the $4.95 shipping charge that I was expecting. I'm glad I found this site. After reading all your comments, I emailed my bank while these transactions were still pending and had them reversed. Then, just now I went on the live chat thing with Brandon on the Wu Yi web site and had a conversation. They claimed I was charged $19.95. I didn't argue with them on that note, but it was very obvious that they were not typing, but rather copy and pasting pre-written replys to the same complaints that they get all day long from people. When I advised them they were commiting fraud, they had a pre-written reply attesting to their honesty, and claimed they had many happy customers testomonials on their web site. To which I said "yeah, and it also says they were paid for those testimonials, so what does that prove?" Anyway, I really am appalled by any company who blantantly tricks people and attempts to steal like this. They claim they have taken care of it and no more charges will be made from Living Lean, and they also will not send the tea. We will see. I will be watching my bank account like a hawk for the next few months, and my bank has advised me to file a complaint if it happens again. If anyone is gathering up documentation for a pending lawsuit, I'll be glad to forward my live chat transcripts over to you. Write me at outdoorsyguy1953@yahoo.com and I'll send them to whoever would like to see these people put out of business and put in jail where they belong. I would also suggest that others communicate with them on the live chat thing and email the transcripts back to themselves to document everything. Good luck everyone!

I am currently on hold with this freaking company approx 5 min now.  I cancelled this tea because I noticed the charge for the Wu-Yi Source tea but never recieved anything.  So it was delivered to my job, I no longer worked there.  I cancelled it, they credited my account for all money taken out without any problems.  Today I noticed a pending charge in the amount of 19.95 I called my bank to dispute the amount and was advised that there was another charge made in March that I overlooked.  My bank of course refunded my money and was filing a fraudalent report.  I then found this number on your website and called it, raised hell and got the supposely website usage cancelled and all my money refunded.  Thanks to all the comments here, it helped me handle these creeps.

Do you have a number for this so called Living Lean.  All I know is it is in Las Vegas and has something to do with order Wu-Yi tea, which unfortunatley I did order.  When I comes through on my Debit/Credit card it has no assocaited number.  If you have an information I would appreciate it.  My Living Lean was charged on my Debit card and my bank tells me the best thing to do is to cancel the card.  Then and only then the can no long charge my card.

I would like to  let everyone know that the tea is a total scam. It is plain, old everyday Oolong tea. Which is a good tea for general health, but in NO way is magic or for weight loss. I have sold bulk teas from my store for years and I knew this was a scam as soon as I read the label on the tea when it came. I sent it right back, but got charged the re-stocking fee and now I have to deal with the living lean issues you all have also. Charges, monthly, with no authorization. This is SO worng!

I didn't get a call from them...I noticed a charge on my bank statement and did some online investigating. I just called Living Lean and talked to a customer service rep who told me that I did indeed sign up for it when I signed up for the tea. I have no recollection of this. Anyway, she was giving her "talk" and I said ok fine, please cancel my account then. She did this and then I ask if I could please talk to a manager or supervisor. She asked why and I explained to her that I understood what she had been telling me but that I really didn't remember signing up for this and I wanted a manager or supervisor to know about it. I asked for an email or phone number that I could have and she said that all of her supervisors were busy and I needed to call back. I kept at her saying that I should be able to talk to a supervisor about my case and that if I couldn't talk to a supervisor I would just call the BBB. Then she said wait a minute...came back on and said "so, you would like a refund?" stunned...thinking I would never see a dime...I said yes I would. So I got a refund confirmation.
What a joke! So, basically, call them and press them enough and they give you the refund. By the way....I was mostly pleasant throughout the call..I didn't want to give her any reason to scam me more.
    Good luck everyone!
