How about you people get off you [***] and try to lose weight. If you did less bitching and jamming on the computer and maybe actually tried the wu-yi system. I have lost 26 pounds. I swear by this stuff.

I am 35 years old and addicted to porn.  I cant get up from my computer for more than 45 seconds.  Thank god for allowing the wu-yi system to keep my healthy while im at the computer.  If it wasnt for drinking this tea all day I would die.

The same thing happened to me! I just went to www.sandiego.bbb.org and filed a complaint against Living Lean. We will see what happens. I demanded that they cancel my account and refund my money in full.

I pulled up Living Lean on my bank statement as I didn't recognize the name-it pulled up this blog and my mouth fell open, as I had just gotten off the phone with WUYISOURCE for the second month with a SECOND promise of getting my money back. AND I'VE NEVER RECEIVED ANY TEA !!!!  All of us obviously must gang together and figure out how to "crack" this case. I feel like such a fool, but I have MS and the tea sounded (ha) helpful. I'm on Medicare and every dollar counts. I'll do what I can.

I just called the company. They very politely returned my 19.95 for the IW Living Lean and assured me there wouldn't be any more charges to my credit card. I had cancelled my initial subscription to the tea earlier and returned the box of tea unopened because when I received it I read the instructions and I just had knee surgery and cannot follow the reccommended instructions for the weight loss. ( of course I was out some of my initial investment here) Hopefully it ends here.

I just called and cancelled my "membership" to LivingLean (which is done automatically when you order the Wu-Yi Tea).

    Call and cancel it: 1-866-396-5711
(That is, if you don't want to get charged $19.95 every month)

And yes, if you decide to stay on the Tea Diet, you will be charged
for the tea bags AND for LivingLean.

My suggestion, buy GREEN TEA instead. Same properties, MUCH CHEAPER!

I ordered the free trial in March and received the tea. I decided it wasn't for me and emailed for cancellation. Just today I got a charge on my credit card for $19.95 for the living lean. I didn't recognize it so I did a search and immediately found this site. Thanks for the heads-up! I called the number 866-396-5711 and talked to someone named "melissa". First she said that it was clearly mentioned on the website, so I asked her to show me where. We went through a few pages and didn't see it. Then she said that Wu-Yi is no longer charging for it. I told her I wanted a refund, she said she could do it, then she said she couldn't at this time. Whatever! I finally got a confirmation # for the refund and cancellation. We'll see what happens! They also have a message on their website in the "About Us" link about this issue.

I too fell into the WuYi tea scam. I ordered the free trial & received not only one but two orders. To my shock, we were charged again $29.95 plus fees for both orders. I contacted WuYi Source a short while ago to find out the new charges for my account are actually for the full month supply I have already received. These monthly charges would continue unless I cancelled. I cancelled and found out to receive a refund, I would need to return the tea I have. I was provided an address in CA to return the tee to as well as an RMA number for both orders.  From what I am seeing, my advise is to return unused tea to receive refunds. Then send a letter to the BBB regarding them and LivingLean. I cannot reach LivingLean until Monday, I will call them at that time to cancel my membership. If I can do so in writing I will attach a copy of my letter to the BBB regarding their business practices.

I also had bills from SMARTTEMPLATESPRO.COM on TWO of my credit cards for 9.85 each. I also contacted my credit card companies to reject the charge and to monitor if anything like this occurs again. One of my card companies replaced my card with a replacement. I would love to know how the heck these scammers pull this off.

Lori,  I too fell for that garbage.  I ordered the tea and sent it back in 1 1/2 weeks.  I called and canceled any further business with them.  The very next week they deducted $29.95 from my account.  I wrote them and they apologized and said they credited my account.  They did, less $4.49.  today I too see a deduction of $19.95 for Living lean in Las Vegas.  I guess I will try the chat line.  But I am going to file this with the Attorney Generals office too.  No wonder they say Living lean in las Vegs.  They are not referring to weight loss but to our money.

OMG, Yes, it's all a scam!  I'm also a victim of ths "stupid" tea.  I did place an order, but then deiced to return it because I did not want to get charged and yes, I still got charged!  At first I didn't know what the charge was to, but after some research I figured it out.  Luckly I found this site and quickly called the phone # listed.  The rep I spoke with was okay, she apologized and said I would get a refund in 3-5 days and said I would not received any other charges.  I guess will see!!

I did not receive a call.  But I had an unauthorized debit to my account for $19.90.  I've never heard of this company until now.  I got the phone number from my bank.  My bank will be assisting me in this if I don't get satisfaction from the phone call.
