this number has called two more times.

Finally when it did call a girl was there.   I told her NOT to call again.

Lets see what happens.866-463-3021  And it was during the day, using my cell time.

Got called from this #.They call about once a week. I don't answer anymore. They just want to upgrade you phone,add line,add features,etc.. Just cellphone #$%&%^#%&^^&.

I have been called by this number everyday around 12:45 am, and i have a sprint phone. so why on earth would sprint be calling a sprint phone to advertise something form sprint that you already probably have....?

it is not sprint these are people who hacked into sprint's system and i have aleady made  a police report because they have all my personal info and these damn people actually send me a free phone to MY HOME ADDRESS which i have never gave these hackers my info

866-463-3021 called both my cell phones on the same account and had all the information to my account. They were offering a 10% discount per line for twenty-four months or $70 off per line for one month if I agreed to stay with Sprint/Nextel for two more years. I told them I was not interested and hung up. The same girl with an indian sounding accent called two more times immediately, telling me it would only take 30 seconds of my time. I told the girl to stop calling rudely the last time and the calls stopped for now.

So do you have a sprint phone or what?  I just got my first call today from this number. I never answer numbers that aren't already saved in my phone as someone I know. And I won't call anyone back who doesn't leave a voicemail. Cause if they don't leave a voicemail then it must not be important! How many times all together do you think this number has called you?

I have been getting these calls too- I never answer, it's always just a "missed call".  I have Sprint too, and if they know about the problem, they're sure not doing anything to fix it!! I went to a toll free number reverse lookup website, and this number is not registered- I would think it would be if it were legitimately Sprint calling.

I've received these calls multiple times as well.  These are the most recent ones.  I have not called the number back but just ignored it each time.  I have been planning on switching to Verizon and this makes me want to do it more.

This is a LEGITIMATE number, it took me some time but found out it is a telemarketing division of SPRINT.
I thought it was funny that the called the other phone numbers on my plan, and this is why I pursued finding out the details.
One thing you can do is ask them to tell you when your last payment is etc so that you can verify that they are legit.

they called @ 866 463021 and asked 4 my dad i said he wasnt here. they asked when he will be back and i said he will be out of town. they asked how long i said i didnt know. they then asked if i could make any decisions about my plan. i said no.

I missed the call @ 6:49 last night.  I was downstairs eating and didn't hear it ring.  I saw the missed call this morning and was curious about the number and decided to Google it.  Wow!  I use the Sprint service...

I finally got to the bottom of this phone number. It is not actually Sprint, it a third party marketing group. We were getting as many a 4 calls a week from these people even though we are registered on the National Do Not Call list. I called Sprint several times and am also on their do not call but this did not stop the call from 866-463-3021. My suggestion is if you are registered on the National Do Not Call List report them.

Hmmm....  repeated calls, no matter if you tell them not to call..the calls continue... clever way for Sprint to increase our minutes and be charged for extra?  if I ever actually answered, that is.  which I do not.   just a thought...

Have recieved a call from this number several times in the last week, they never leave a message. Finally called back today and it was from Sprint, I let them know that I have been continually recieving calls from this number and would like it to stop. The lady I talked to said it was for promotions and that she would put in our account that we are declining all promotional offers so that the phone calls would stop.

This number calls me repeatedly and I don't answer.  I just put it together that everyone that receives calls has Sprint, so it's probably them.

Getting calls from 866 463 3021  would like it stopped

person didn't identify herself. asked for main person who owns line. was not available. i asked them what it was about. they hung up promptly without proper goodbye. called back. got a sprint automated system to add another line. pressed 6 to decline.

I just spent 22 mins and 12 seconds on the phone calling Sprint Customer service.  It is a outward company authorized to try and sell you a new plan.  I have a fair and flexable plan which sprint does not have anymore.  The lady I spoke to was very helpful.  She and I alike have had our identity used w/o permission so she understood my concerns.  They can only look at your information on the plan, not your bill.  She told me if I listen to them and like a plan offer, to end the call and call customer service with the info they give you and they can give you that plan.  I feel a little better now knowing that it is Sprint.  She has a similar plan like mine also, and she doesn't want to change hers either:)  If everybody is saying they keep calling until you threaten to leave, then hey, it's worth a shot- I'll try it next time!

This is a marketing group hired by Sprint; it's a call center from the Phillipines. I can hardly understand the telemarketing person. There is a lot of background noise- sounds like a telemarketing sweat shop. Go to hell Sprint- I'm ready for a new carrier.

I got my first call today but didn't answer.  Googled the number and ended up here like all these other people.  I of course have sprint like everyone else.  I'll wait but if I continue receiving these calls I'll call sprint and try to find out what's up.
