Daily call and no message. ENOUGH ALREADY, PLEASE!! - Michelle W replies to Stella| 1 replyIf it isn't Sprint, it is soemone who was hired by Sprint. I never answer calls if I don't recognize the number, but after missing several calls from this number over a two week period Id ecided to answer. The person started asking if I was satisfied with my current plan and went on to ask how many minutes I have on my plan. I replied by telling him that if he was from Sprint, he should know this information. HE THEN READ ME MY ENTIURE PLAN AND ALL OF THE FEATURES I CURRENTLY HAVE! I refrained from giving them any additional info and asked that they stop calling. They did - FOR TWO MONTHS! Calls just started back up again. This seriously makes me reconsider my wireless carrier. I am sending an email to them today!
- tex replies to StellaI texted an answer to a sprint trivia question on nbc during the football game last night and now i've started to get calls from this number. I also googled the the number to find out who was calling and I ended up here. If anyone knows how to get it to stop, please let me know!
- Hates SprintJust cancelled my contract with Sprint yesterday! Then today, the calls start.
- zhoomerGot an unsolicated call from 866 463 3021. Couldn't understand them and told them to call back and leave msg. They didn't do it!
- Caller: Sprint

- RBCall on cell phone. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. No message. Did a web search and wound up here. Reported number to DNC registry.
- Sprint CustomerLast month I received a call from this number, I answered it and spoke to a female Sprint representative who with heavy accent (and a habit of saying "okay?" after every sentence) offered me an opportunity to upgrade my plan. I got another call last week from the same number but answered without checking the number first...spoke with a male Sprint representative who with heavy accent (and the same gratuitous use of the word "okay?") offered me a chance to upgrade my plan. Called again today and I changed the number's entry in my address book to IGNORE.

- ENOUGH ALREADYSOS.
If this is SPRINT, we should all cancel our accts. Money talks. I think it
is an offshore, outsourced scam.
I already did the gov do not call. Not much help. Am in 415.
Also watch out for the # 571.522.2007. Same thing.
Wish my phone had a stun thing in it to zap his ear...lol. Or
try blowing a whistle maybe? Fed up.
Ciao - AliceI received a call from 866-463-3021 on my cell phone - no answer when I answered it. I do not appreciate being billed for time for unsolicited calls!! I am on the National DNC list!
- Rocco Marotta - Austin, TXThe reason you get no response is because these calls are generated by computer. In order to keep their telemarketers from having to wait for a person to answer, they attempt to synchronize your answering the phone with the call being passed to an available telemarketer. If none of their telemarketers are available when you pick up, you hear nothing.
The "Do Not Call Registry won't be much help here. Because you are a Sprint customer and have an "established relationship" with them, the "Do Not Call" list does not apply. Here is an excerpt from the "Do Not Call Registry" website:
A telemarketer or seller may call a consumer with whom it has an established business relationship for up to 18 months after the consumer's last purchase, delivery, or payment - even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. In addition, a company may call a consumer for up to three months after the consumer makes an inquiry or submits an application to the company. And if a consumer has given a company written permission, the company may call even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.
One caveat: if a consumer asks a company not to call, the company may not call, even if there is an established business relationship. Indeed, a company may not call a consumer - regardless of whether the consumer's number is on the registry - if the consumer has asked to be put on the company's own do not call list.
So...you must call Sprint and ask to be put on "their" "do not call" list.- Caller: Sprint

- JonellThis is SO ridiculous, I get calls from this number constantly...I finally answered, they claimed to be sprint and were trying to sell me another phone, I told her I was not interested.....I have done this so many times and at this point I am furious!!! I've been with sprint for 6 years and there is no reason for this....Whether or not this is a legit call, there have obviously been enough complaints for Sprint to investigate, or for the calls to stop. I am seriously considering terminating my plan.

- Shirley| 1 replyCalled Sep 12 07. Since it was an 800 number that I had not previously contacted I didn't answer the phone. I've been getting too many telemarketers using up my minutes. I do have Sprint service so it makes sense that it would be them trying to get more business from me. I don't THINK so!
- mike replies to ShirleyThanks for posting the info here. I just got my 4th call from this number. Seems like once a month. My cell is my business phone. Been a Nextel customer for over 6 years, since its turned to Sprint I got dropped calls and more no services than the none I had with Nextel. How does that figure? If I wanted to talk to a friggin salesman, I'd friggin call one. Of course then I'd have to wait.
A - AnonymousI just got the call today from 866-463-3021. I wanted to see if this number belonged to a specific company so I typed it in yahoo and this page came up. I was actually shocked to see how many people have been receiving calls from this number. I answered and said hello. Nobody answered I just heard a bunch of people in the background talking, and I hung up. Very weird.
- Caller: Sprint
- Legit?Ok, so is this legitimately Sprint or not? Some people are claiming they talked to Sprint and Sprint says it is them. Others say they've talked to Sprint and Sprint say it is not them. So, what's the truth?
- Miami, FL - SprintCustomerI got a call from 866-463-3021 at 3.30pm today Sep 19 2007, didn't pickup. They didn't leave any message. I was curious to find out who the numbert belongs to, so I Googled the number and found this site and other hundreds of people who got the call before me. If I get a call from them again, I will call Sprint myself to find out about it.
- Caller: none
- Alan replies to StellaI highly suspect the number claims to be Sprint but is not. I called Sprint to complain about the number. Those who add there number to the "Do Not Call" list may end up with more calls. I figure they are trying to run off Sprint customers or just add your number to other "junk" callers list.
- Justinya i just got a call from this number a couple minutes ago and i ddint reconize the number. so i googled it and i guess i found out what they were up too.

- Vicki-Denton, TexasDitto what the other folks are saying........I have been getting 5-10 calls a week from this number.
- CASA KathieThis just started, I received two calls in one day (I do not answer unknown numbers). I think we should telephone sprint every time we receive one of these calls, to express our anger/frustration (the sprint employees will start to complain). When they get tired of all the calls, maybe the calls will stop.
