I JUST received this same call and the exact same message.  I don't answer unrecognized numbers either unless they are local calls.  So d*mn annoying...  I never got calls like this AT ALL until I registered with David's Bridal and a couple bridal shows, which I know is the case for many other people too. >:(

This really has me PO'ed. They called me up and wasted MY minutes going thru this spiel about "your Visa, Mastercard or Discover account" and then when I chose the option to get removed, the line went dead.  Somebody DO something, please!

They have called several times to my cell phone, and also to my husband's cell phone offering health insurance. I never answer and neither does my husband so they just leave a message. It's just a waste of time to try to delete your number from their list, they'll call you anyways!

Telemarketers! Grrrrrr! Selling Stupid car warrenties! Got the call on it cell, don't know how they got the number! # was 8664693328

I had a missed call from that number (of which I am on the no-call list) I called back and someone answered, fumbled around with the phone and hung up. I called back again and received a "not in service" message. I called back again and got a "your call cannot be completed at this time" message. I am NOT happy!!

Just received the call. I don't answer these unknown numbers. I have gotten the 'Auto warranty' and the 'National Health Care' scam calls many times recently. I thought the FTC had cracked down on the Auto Warranty scam. But, there was no message left so I can't confirm which scam it is.

So annoying. It says "medical association something"

NYS Senator got a call from this type of call (vehicle warranty expired) also. He wants to stop it but it comes back again.

Called my cell phone with official sounding message about Government Stimulas offering refinancing for mortgages after the year 2005. I pushed 1 to speak to an operator, and asked the name of the company. The operator said the company name was financial administrators. I asked if they represented the government or private business, and the operator hung up. Did a google search but no such company. Will make complaint to my cell phone company.

Called and left a message about some insurance or something around 9 a.m. Never called back.

Some guy named Joe from Harbor Freight talking about a huge sidewalk sale. It was a recorded call.

the son-of -a [***] are calling us again from 866-469-3328 and even though we are on the do not call register and even though we have filed a complaint on this site --so what gives can you help us make them stop

1-866-469-3328  called me and then hung up.  it was my work cell phone.  there has to be a way to find this company.  that number has to registered to someone.  come on people the internet has the answer lets find it.

Received call on my cell phone.  Did not answer -- used reverse lookup to find who was calling -- no listing.

i got several calls from different numbers to say that "the factory warranty on your vehicle is expiring". i was so pissed. recently i got calls from this number, on my cell phone! The first time, no body said anything and i hang up. the second time, someone started to speak spanish. i was really mad. what the heck is happening. i am tired and sick of these calls. what in the world do these people want?

I want to find these people and strangle them. They called my cell phone and I won't stand that. I am on the no call list, why does this happen anyway.
