- Andrew replies to kayscrick07I just got a call from the same number 11:34 PST and it was a recorded female voice hawking health care for $3 a day w/free dental coverage... at the end of the message I pushed 2 to remove myself from the list and it hung up. Puke.
- Flippy44Just got a call from this number saying they needed to talk to me immediately about my "Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express" cards. I don't have all these cards and of course one person would not be calling on behalf of all 4 companies. I pushed 1 to talk to a live person and got "Mark". I told him I was just ringing through to inform him that this number was on the Do Not Call registry and to ask he not call my phone again. He simply hung up.
- johngot a call from this number on my cell phone. Called back and it said "number disconnected"
- pwood replies to bling| 1 replywhat everyone on here needs to do is contact their attorney general in you area or state. this will take a little while, but if you really want these guys to go down dont bother with the FTC they are nothing compaired to the AG's office. when they start getting to many complaints they will do their investigation and with this type of company they will send in every 3 letter agency you could imagine. FBI CIA Marshall's even the Post Masters into their office or garage or wherever they are conducting these illegal activities and shut them down and haul everyone off to jail. now a days its not just the owners that go down but anyone who is picking up their phone and calling. the government considers this to be a criminal syndicate now a days and will take everyone in. ive seen it happen so if you want it to stop completely pass this on.
so please contact you local attorney generals office and pass this along to everyone you know OR it will keep happening - nik nikThey called me today. I've never seen the number before.
Unlike what all of you heard, I didn't understand the automated message because it was in spanish. I just hung up and did an online search. - nik nikupdate:

- sue telescum !No they are VERY easy to sue , you can file suit online and if you follow my guide it takes all of 3 to 10 mins to find out exactly who they are that is calling you. Changes in federal law enable people to bypass the telescum firm calling you and instead sue the company who HIRED the telescum to call you. It is easy to find the company responsible for the calls.
You can file suit in small claims court it is SUPER easy if you KNOW how and what laws and codes they have broken, also you cant just serve the company you have to serve there registered agent ( which is even better as my guide explains !). Also documenting every call is needed , my guide has a call data kit with forms to fill out you can present in court.
Ive made 28k this year of telescum by sueing them , half the time they settle out of court upon serving them a demand letter!
Kick the telescum in the pants ( and wallet ) by suing them ! You do not need a lawyer to do so nor do you need to know legal jargon. You can file online in most areas now for small claims court. Just one phone call from telescum can result in 9 or ten violations of law and federal codes and regulations, each of which results in you gaining $500.00 in damages per violation !! You can seek treble damages as well to make sure you get the full $5000.00 in small claims court.
People take action now and unit and sue the pants off these telescum !! It is not that hard to do , but again you have to have the knowledge to do so , take it from someone who makes a hobby out of suing telescum !!

- rjseastI received another call from this number late yesterday and wanted to report it as a scam about your auto warranty coverage ending and you need to renew it....sorry but just don't answer these calls in the future.
- T replies to Amanda| 2 repliesReport the number to the National Do Not Call Registry...they should take it from there...
Good luck! - No sue them instead of ignoring them" sorry but just don't answer these calls in the future."
that doesn't stop the telescum whatsoever they will continue to call and harass you ! People with attitudes like yours is why telescum are still in business , people acting like sheep afraid to sue them and take action when in fact it is so easy to sue them and get paid !!
If you DO take the call you can get the info to sue the crap out of them !! You need to talk to them to get the info out of them to drop the L bomb on them ( lawsuit )
read this:
The 2003 Federal Telemarketing Regulation (US) has responded to this issue by holding the client business primarily liable for the actions of the telemarketers they hire -- the Feds' way of saying, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em."
The FTC and FCC (US) in their promulgation of the 2003 Federal Telemarketing Regulation took the telescum industry's "suggestion" and made the business who engaged the telemarketing operation directly responsible for the telemarketing operation. Apparently the FTC determined that telescum can't be presumed responsible, and so they made the business ultimately responsible for the contractors who do their bidding!
So as a result, it may not matter if the telescum hide behind their client. The client gets to pay the penalty anyway.
Ive sued and gained a little over 28k this year and counting !! It is NOT hard to do , we need enough people taking action to HURT these punks where it counts .... their bottom line and income !

- CKReceived call today at 4:54 pm. Recording said they work with all existing credit card companies. I waited to speak with a live person, and when she answered, I asked her to remove my number from their records because they had called my personal cell phone. She hung up on me pretty quickly.

- more infoThe telescum pitch multiple products , they rotate the numbers daily for different products and clients. They hung up on you fast because they realized it wasn't a sale today and they will call you back they work off commission it takes to long to remove your number. You can sue them however. It is easy I don't know why everyone acts like sheep when it comes to suing telescum. You can file in small claims court in your own city and state. Often you can file online. You have to send a demand letter out 1st. My E-book explains how to track down the company responsible , who to serve ( there agent within your state ) how many laws they have violated with just one phone call and how to collect $500 to $1500.00 per violation to ensure you get the max $5000.00 in small claims court. Oh and small claims court cases are generally heard and ruled on in under 15 mins !!
It is very easy and fast to discover everything about who the telescum is who called (calls) you ! It is [***] easy to sue telescum by the way , Ive made a little over 28k this year suing telescum and each action ( suit ) I bring costs me about $20.00 tops and I am often able to sue for up to 5k in small claims court or as high as 15k in state court ( or more but rarely ) You just have to know the tips , tricks , hints and learn from someone who sues telescum as a hobby and a passion.... one phone call after the 1st opp's call from telescum can net you a fast 5k. Info on my guide and kit you can find here: http://tinyurl.com/SueTeleScum
PS judge's HATE telescum as much as you and I do !!
