I received a scam phone call from 866-539-8674.  They wanted access to my computer.

This concerns me! What if they convince your child to allow them access to your computer. Telling them their games caused a virus that allows international hackers to steal information from your computer. A child would feel responsible for this and try to fix it, before their parents found out. Please tell your children to NEVER allow others remote access to the computer............... My husband received a call from an Indian man claiming to be Mark Williams at -866-539-8674 ext 1100. It was regarding our windows 7 operating system. He claimed we were being hacked by international hackers and wanted to help us correct the problem. He sent my husband to the computer and wanted to get remote access. My husband came to me and when he called back his name (caller ID) was Josh Eval at 360-633-9382. I intercepted the call and before I could say much the phone went dead. He called back from a Texas number 1-512-965-3287. He started to tell me the same BS he told my hubby, when I asked him who he really was and what he was after? Who do you work for? Where are you really located and he was a horrible LIAR!  He claims to be doing phone work for "Microsoft". "They are much to big to make their own calls". What an IDIOT! I told him I would be reporting him and he suggested not to bother the FBI because they won't do anything. He will keep doing what he's doing! I told him, screw the FBI, I will be sending a formal letter to Eric Holder at DOJ, demanding an investigation. He hung up on me!
