Call appeared as "UNKNOWN" but on voicemail number showed up.
I do not have any outstanding debts.  I always pay my bills in full.
Voicemail said it was DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS and they were trying to recover a debt. Said to call 866-606-9942.
*Definitely will NOT call the SCAMMERS back EVER.*

received 3 voicemail only calls.  my phone never rings ,it goes straight to voicemail.  googled phone # 866-606-9942 and saw these comments so never called it back   i also have no debt   Set my phone to now block any further calls

Calls from an unknown number and goes directly to VM, says this is dynamic solutions,a debt collector.

I got the same thing.  It was a computerized voice, not a human.  No way will I call them back.  Blocking the number now.

They are calling my old pay as you use cell phone # I never had it turned off when I got my new cell phone and number. I don't owe any debt either. I leave my old pay as you use cell phone in a draw and take it out every few months LOL. and check the calls and voice mail. I got a voice mail from 866-606-9942. I laughed and put the phone back in the draw. I check it in a few months. It doesn't cost me a dime LOL

Received a message from this number today, said that they were from dynamic recovery solutions and were a debt collector.  Called back and was on hold than transferred to a voice mail and asked to leave name and number.  People if a debt collector is trying to get ahold of you, by law (the FDCPA) they have to contact you in writing and give you a minimum of 30 days to determine if it is a valid debt or not.  If it is a third party they also have to tell you where the original debt originated from.

I am receiving the same issue.  I received 2 voicemails, within 20 min of each other.  BUt my phone doesn't ring and my missed call log has no report of a phone call.  They do not ask for a specific person.  When I called the number back, it only stated "one moment while we look up your records."  Then it states the name on the company and puts you on hold for a long time.  I have not debt and irritated that people do not get real jobs instead of this crap.  Or if it is real, they are obviously not trying to get a hold of me so stop calling.

my phone never rang and I just had a voicemail about some debt solutions place...it was a recording that I needed to call them back at 866-606-9942...I watch my credit every day and I know I do not owe anything to anyone so I am not calling back.  Whats the use of having your number on a do not call list if it really doesnt work!!!!  FRUSTRATED

I know I have no outstanding debt, or debt that is not currently paid as expected. I received a voicemail on my cellphone. No missed call, just an instant voicemail stating "We are attempting to collect a debt. Please call 866-606-9942."

This company initially calls Restricted, lets it ring once, hangs up and then a Vm comes threw from this number 866-606-9942. They leave a message and say they are Dynamic Solutions, a Debt Recovery Agency. I am not sure why they are calling as I have no outstanding debt.

I received a call @ 11:12am today. Usually receiving debt collection calls, they leave a message for person involved and no such thing happened. After reading all of these, I'm only assuming a debt collector is a big, fat phony! Get a life!

I received a call and they had the last 4 numbers of my SS # and an old address. The lady said I had a debt owed since 2006 and it has never been turned into the Credit Bureau. She was fast to try and set up a payment plan which I declined . The company was Dynamic Credit Solutions and left an automated voicemail.

Obviously a scam. I'm 16 and have never owned a credit card with the same scenarios as all of these other people.

866-606-9942/ They identify themselves as a debt collector but give no further specific detail as to whom they're trying to reach or the creditor they represent.

Got a call from automated voice of a lady. She says she is with dynamic solutions trying to collect a debt. I have no debt..will ignore.

I received a voice mail from this number on 07/24/15 at 11:09 a.m. It should be noted that on 07/14/15, a person from a blocked number was aggressively trying to reach my friend (thought my number was his) saying he would be sued and served with something.

Received call from Dynamic Recovery Debt Collector.  I have no debt to be collected, this has to be a scam.

Very funny this company somehow called me but my phone has NO MISSED CALLS; AND MY PHONE DIDN'T RING.  I heard my phone vibrate on my desk and to check voice mail.  I am not responding to threats like these idiots.  I've bene in the legal field for over 20 yrs and I know the proper procedure for debt collection.  Rule number one - you don't by pass actually speaking to the individual; they spoof their numbers too
