I just got a call from a woman with this place telling me that I had a $740 tax liability with this company and that they will do whatever they have to do to collect.  I take that as a SERIOUS threat since I do NOT owe this money!  I proceeded to tell her to NEVER call me on my job again and she went on and on about how she had spoken to me in November and I had promised to pay this...This lady is a freaking liar!  Why would I say I would pay monies that I DO NOT OWE!!  And...at this point....since she pissed me off...I dare her to call me back!!  I will be suing this company for harrassment and slander!

I actually just finish calling and recording my conversation with them.  Can we say SCAM! lol They told me I had a balance of 2600 with HSBC credit card. You mean the HSBC that is bankrupt.  First off I have never had a credit card with anywhere close to that balance and also the statue of limitations is way up.  Try again.  I told the lady to send me paperwork because a lot of scammers are calling and using different numbers and they may  not be associated with HSBC in anyway.  She of course refused claiming she sent something in January and that I was up for tax interception.  No NO lady tax interception is only for state and federal debts owed you are neither GET OFF MY PHONE sucks trying to scam a paralegal doesn't it??

Received call from 866-606-9942. Called it back to see what was going on. Representative of Dynamic Recovery Systems gave me name of person they were trying to contact as debt collector. I told them truthfully that I had never heard of this person, and please take my number out of the database as a contact number for him.  She complied, or seemed to, and I'm waiting to see if they continue to call my number.  No big problems unless they did not remove my number as they said.

Got a call from 509-315-1568, left a message saying to call 866-606-9942 but no names, and "by the way, this is a call to collect a debt". BS I dont have any debts!

Mr. Stein called two weeks ago and now he's calling again. I don't owe anyone anything so, I tried to block his number and it can't be done. I reported this twit two weeks ago when he called leaving a message that sounded urgent to the FCC. He left the 866-606-9942 to call back. He called from 267-443-6341....some number from Philly. Where are my rights not to be receiving these phone calls when I'm current on all my bills???

Got a call today from Mr Stein stating bill collector but didn't ask for me by  name and called my work number.

This company is a debt recovery solution and DRS is the company name they are based
Out of Greenville South Carolina. They can not harass yo legally unless you aLlow them to do so

I received a voicemail from a woman giving this phone number and stating that it is an attempt to collect a debt. I have no known overdue bills, definitely not to the point of a collections call. I called the number back and there is only an automated mailbox that says to leave a message. I did not leave a message. I believe this to be a scam especially given what I have read regarding the experience of others receiving calls. There was no company name given.

Mr. Stein also left me the same message no mention of my name. He also left the call back number of 266 606-9942 caller id number was 267 443-6303. This is a scam please let me know how we can report these crooks.

Mr. Rice must be one busy man, he has called my number 2x's and left messages from 813-644-8761 but tells me to call back on 866-606-9942. The funny thing is I do not have any outstanding debt but he seems to have way to much information about me.

Mr. Rice, with " bla bla recovery"  inaudible,  left a message but he never said our name or who was to receive the important message- we are a small business. He ended his message with "we are attempting to collect a debt". and to call 866-606-9942, the local number on our caller ID is (520) 441-6449- who turns out to be one of those  telemarketing "fly by night" numbers............don't be bothered by it..... :-)

I got the same call today and they said they were Dynamic Recovery Solutions, but when they called it was in a local number format. My caller was Mr. Rice. Are they real??

I have received multiple calls from these jokers from different Dallas, Tx area numbers. This time from a Ms King, saying exactly what everyone else says, very vague and insisting to call a 866-606-9942 number. Why doesn't someone send a virus to their servers or anthrax to their office? That will show them!

I received a phone called 1-425-336+8066, and this person left a brief message on my voice mail stating for me to call this number 1-866-606-9942 in regard an attempt to collect a debt. I called this number and I left a brief message on the machine stating I don't know whom you're trying to contact, please don't called me again, and you have a wrong number.My credit report is outstanding, and I don't have any debt. My credit report is outstanding, and how did this person obtained my cell phone number. It's a scam.

Dynamic Recovery Alert! Be careful with this company. They will run hard inquiries into your credit without permission. I had no debts with this company and they ran a hard inquiry. I reported it to the FTC but they can do nothing unless there is more than one report made. This is how they end up with ALL of your personal information.

This company ran a hard inquiry into my credit and refuse to remove it. I never gave them permission. I do not owe them anything. I made a report with the FTC and was told there is nothing they can do until they have a certain amount of complaints.
