Yes, I too received a msg from mr. Stein in Sarnia, Ontario.  He gave me the same call back number  1-866-606-9942...i have no debts, and no reason to worry. Pretty sure this is a scam/   No intention of calling back to Dynamic Recovery Solutions.

Got a phone call from 208-908-7862. Didn't recognize it so I didn't answer. Left a voicemail for me to call 866-606-9942 because they are a collection agency and are in need of contacting me for immediate payment. Called the 866 number only to be put on hold so I called the 208 number and the woman asked for Tiffanie McCloud. Not sure what this was about but at least it wasn't about me. I have had many issues with scam artists trying to get my hard earned money by claiming I owe money and have gone as far as to threaten me with jail and have had my number changed because of it. What a joke. This country needs more ignorant lazy people who abuse the system to get money out of unsuspecting people. My advice, let them try to sue, let them "send the cops" to your door. Truth is they can't and they know it.

I received a call from from a very loud and deep voiced male who stated that this was an attempt to collect a debt.  It caused quite a bit of anxiety, as well as conflict between me and my wife wondering who had perhaps overlooked a bill.  The caller ID came up as 201-942-4110, but the 866 number was left in the message.  I am on the do-not-call registry.  These people should not be allowed to do this!  Clearly some sort of scam!

Got the call today from Caller ID# 7609570916.  He really sounded urgent, until the disclaimer at the end about the call being an attempt to collect a debt.  Same as the others posting, we are current on our bills and have nothing in default.  He left no name, no business name; but it really is fishy to me that he is calling from a local (to me) number and yet leaves a message to call a different, toll free number.  Not entirely not legitimate, just fishy.  Glad I looked it up here first.  Thanks!

How long does it take for action to get this number shut down??? 866-606-9942 is the callback number left on my recorder. There is no reason for these calls to still be made.

Jennifer Wilson called from 608-466-1109 and gave a call back number of 866-606-9942 saying I owed a bill from Jan 05. It was supposed to be from an online payday loan. NEVER have I taken one of those. She had all my information including my address (brand new) phone and last four of SS#. She says the bill is only 90.00 and easy to take care of....not taking care of crap that is not mine.

this number keeps calling me and leaving the same message as everyone else stating he is trying to collect on a debt. comes from a 713 588 0938 number and wants me to call 866 606 9942 back. and this number calls my phone every two days.

I am in the San Diego area. I received a similar call. They called my unlisted cell #. I have only given my # to a select few people. I dont answer it because I dont recognize the # but they have called several times. They never ask for a specific person, which Ive heard normally debt collectors give the name of the person they are trying to reach if they leave a message.  I dont know what its about but theres no way Im going to call them back and give them my personal info! I have no bad debts that I am aware of. They actually call from a local # (619) 870-0546. But in the message they say to call back at 866-606-9942. They also said they were with "Dynamic Recovery Solutions" I looked them up and here is their info:

Basically, 2 of the reviewers said they tried to add insane interest onto 4 year old debts. Another reviewer said it was the wrong person but they were being harassed anyway.
Strange they are categorized as "data recovery" instead of "debt collection". I dont want them recovering any of MY data, thanks very much!

Just received a call from a Mrs. King. Same thing as the other postings. Wanted me to call her back because of an urgent matter. Collection on a Debt of some sort. She didn't use my name. Told me to return the call at 866-606-9942. Didn't call her back thanks to everyone posting here. You people ROCK!!

The DNC is permanent.  Once registered, always registered until you opt out.   Yes collections companies can call you.....until you tell them to stop.  The illegit and scammers will call regardless to any list or law.   Sometimes it takes a certified letter to stop legitimate collections callers.

I just got a call from our pal Mr Stein that came in on 423-274-3498. Wanted me to call 866-606-9942 "immediately" about "an urgent matter" and blah, blah, blah. Stein has sure been busy lately!

They called and left a message saying they were a debt collector. They asked for a call back, letting us know that the call would be recorded.

HOW can I put a STOP to these calls?

I *do* owe, but can't pay until I get a job.
These folks are calling my friends and family, now. This has GOT to stop! Their phone calls won't get me employed any faster, and it is just too humiliating for my family and friends to get these calls about me.

I received the exact same message just a few minutes ago - it was from a Mr. Rice and started with "hey, I have a situation..."  He spoke so fast that I had to replay the message but couldn't make out the entire company name just something Recovery Solutions.

I don't have any outstanding debt... only person I was ever associated (crazy ex gf) with had a OLD medical bills that they tried to send to me to get back at me ... that was over ten years ago and even if that was this supposed old debt it has nothing to do with me and I am not calling them back and added this and all numbers of this to my black list...

Either way it is not my problem if they are infact legit .. but they should be looking elsewhere for their money as I have NO DEBTS to my name...

I just got a call from Mr. Rice on my cell and it was also regarding a debt collection. I never list my cell number and am not behind on my debts.

Received call from 267-443-6303 (unlisted land line) with message to call Mr. Stein about an "urgent matter in this office" - and provided the FDCPA mini-miranda (this is an attempt to collect a debt.)  Similar to above comments I am current on my debts and I have no outstanding collections on my credit report.  Whoever these people might be, they are either a scam or collecting really old (like 20years?) debts.

got a call from a Betty Biship, very short rude, would not say where she was calling from or regarding what.

"Hey, this is Mr. Rice with dynamic recovery solutions. I have a situation that I need to speak with you about. Please give me a call as soon as possible when you receive this message. I'm also required to inform you that this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Thanks."

Well, Mr. Rice called from a local phone number. This is what my caller ID showed. He asked to call him back on 866-606-9942 for a debt!!!!!
They seems like they are collection agency of some sort.

A "mr Stein" called me from a local number asking me to respond to this toll-free number 866-606-9942.  He made it sound as if it was very urgent.  I have no outstanding debt!   I chose to ignore the call and if they call me again I will tell them off or else just ignore their calls.   I believe these people are pursuing either nonexistent debts or very, very old debts.
