- Elvis PresleyI don't have or use credit cards; last one I had was with Cabela's paid that off -months ago- and then shredded it! But this number has called 3 times today since 9a.m. CST and the 3rd call just now: 345PM....
- Caller: Card Services...
- LPI have had this number call me 4 x in the last 24 hours. No message. If it is B of A, we have spoken to them in regards to our account, and we have a written agreement. WHAT MORE CAN THEY WANT! We can't pay what we do not have.
I feel that it maybe a "scam" B of A has much more too lose by bad behavior.
I just turned my answering machine off!- Caller: unknown
- RuthlessThis is BoA and they were calling to let me know my auto payments had expired and they extended them for me.
- Caller: Bank of America
- Call type: Debt collector
- Gustavo replies to KatalinIt isn't B.O.A. Theyre scammers.rodding for personal info. I called FBI. Call your local branch. They'll go away real quick.
- totallyannoyedThese robo idiots have called our home phone 18 times since Oct 5, with no messages left. Other people above have said that it is Bank of America. My mom has an account with BofA and she said has not had any problems lately. If BofA actually had an issue and needed to get ahold of her immediately, I would think they would leave a fricken message! Also, Caller ID "Toll Free Call" is suspicious, it is ALWAYS a scam (in my experience).
- Caller: Toll Free Call
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Common SenseThere needs to be some stronger legislation introduced to control overly aggressive collectors. They should no be allowed to "punish" debtors with countless tellephone calls.
If someone tells them they do not have the resources to pay the debt, they should back off and file a lawsuit, or whatever other legal remedy they have at their disposal. They need to quit harassing people who can not pay the debt.
This is tantamount to assault, and is criminal. Personally, if I lived close enough to one of their boiler room operations, I'd show up with a baseball bat.- Caller: A$$WIPES INT'L
- gabriel| 1 replyIt's "card services" with Bank of America, I'm late for last payment and they are crying for theyre money.
- Caller: bank of america card services
- Call type: Debt collector
- Payback replies to gabrielWhat makes you so sure that it is infact Bank of America? Did you verify it with your Bank?
- b aubethis # has called me for months, never leave a message. They have no regard for Do Not Call registry. Very obnoxious! BTW Bank of America will identify themselves always and not ask for personal info on the phone. I think it's another scam! Caller ID always shows Toll free call

- James StowellWe receive 3-4 calls from (866) 635-4316 on a daily basis on our business phone. We are tired of getting these calls. They are annoying and nothing but a nuisance since they take us away our clients in order to see who is calling. It is a huge waste of our time and effort. Please stop these calls.

- Mary YoungThis caller calls several times a day. On December 24, they called as early as 8:14 AM. They never leave a message. It comes up as Card Services. The last two days I have received calls from 866-635-4318 leaving a message and claiming I am someone that I'm not.

- Tired in TexasThey just called my Father-in-Law's phone at 8:30 PM and left no message. It could be BoA because I just informed them that he is currently in a nursing home and that all his income is to be turned over to them. Guess they didn't like that and wanted to see about getting paid. I hope they don't continue to call at these hours as I work nights and go to bed early and then sleep in during the day!!
- KellyI called this number back to see who is was - FIA Card Servcies (Bank of America).
- Caller: Card Services
- MeredithThey continually called me about 15 times in 3 days. They finally left a message from card services with a new number which I called. They said I had a past due cc amount, only 6 days after the due date which was odd. I said I'd pay and they said they could do it over the phone but needed they routing number which was a huge red flag. I only have accounts with Bank of America so why would they need that. Said I would do it online instead which seemed like a let down to them. Be very cautious and don't give personal information. Has SCAM written all over it!

It's the actual robo-dialing software being used to pester you. - vmfReceived several calls from them including a voice mail to call them back. I did so. FIA financial services supposedly representing Bank of America. I have a BoA Visa. They asked for my account number, which I gave them. My name - also gave them. My date of birth and last four of my social. That's where I drew the line. She kept telling me that she couldn't help me without that info --- to protect my privacy. So she can't "help me" with whatever they called me about! I told her I don't give out that information to strangers on the phone. She protested that she was FIA financial services. I told her that I could call her telling her I was FIA financial services and ask for the last four digits of her social. She protested that she told me it was for Bank of America. Wow - that gave me confidence. She repeated that she couldn't "help" me and we said good-bye and hung up.
- Caller: FIA financial services
