Started out as a Robo-call telling me they were my bank card service with a final notice about my card account. I don't have any cards at all, and my bank does not have this phone number. No human came to the phone, line went dead. FRAUD!!

This is not a legit service. Calls as 'Card Services' and when answering only gives an automated message with one option to hit 9 to talk to a representative. Immediately they claim they are just offering a lower interest rate for your credit card (which we do not have a single one). When trying to speak to the person who answered to tell them to remove us from their call list and that we do not own a credit card the 'representative' repeatedly kept asking 'do you love me?' No joke! Repeated this question to me at least 5 times, saying nothing else but 'hello'! This is a scam call and do not bother with it and certainly do NOT give personally identifying information. It is not a professional service.

Those &*$%##**%^$ *%^^$& ((^&&%%$#$$# call me several times each day. What worries me is that I may have interacted with them previously, thinking they were legit. That is not good.

Automated message saying they were Bank of America calling with a message about one of my credit card accounts.  When I didn't key any personal info I got an option to go to an operator who told me she wouldn't know why they were calling.  I told her i thought that was weird considering I was actually on the incoming call.  She suggested I call the number on the back of my card.

I called BofA they told me they did NOT call me and I reported the number to them and they also said it was not one of theirs.

they say they are calling for David something and they are from bank of america. they are calling me several times a day for the past week. i told them to stop it and they wont and they try to get me to talk to them. there is no david at my number. perhaps someone named david made up my number?

This call me several times a day.
No message left.
It really annoys me a lot.

Received a call on Oct. 7, 2013. A guy claimed he was with bank of america and had an issue to discuss with me about my account.  He then asked my card # and last 4 dig of SSN.  I refused to give them to him.  He told me if I didn't feel comfortable to provide the info, I could call the # on back of my card.  I called the # on back of my card and a lady told me that there was no record showing bank of america had just called me and that they would not ask my card # over the phone because they had it in their system.

Got a call claiming to Bank of America Card Services.  First thing they wanted to know is my SS#.  I said that is something you have already and I don't give out over the phone.  They hung up.

Called them, they are Bank of America, told them no one lived here by the name they were asking for, they removed my number. I think they are in collections.

I was suspicious as they never left a message.  They call at odd times.  So here I am posting this.  I will keep ignoring them or will report this number.  On my Caller ID it says Card Services.

Please stop calling me or at least leave a message.

It's a scam.  We began receiving these calls after our Bank of America card was used for an unauthorized purchase originating in Bangladesh.  BofA did legitimately contact us via email as soon as the unauthorized overseas purchase was attempted.  Although the email looked exactly like the usual correspondence we get from BofA, we were wary. So rather than click any links, we called BofA directly.  They confirmed that the email was legit, but the phone calls from "card services" are not.  The bank cancelled the card and stopped the attempted transaction, but we continue to get the bogus calls from "card services" a couple of times per day.

They call constantly. I do not pick up the phone. I am pretty sure it is a credit card company. I have been late on payments due to the fact that I work free-lance and my income fluctuates. I have answered in the past and paid my bill. Now I wonder who ligit this transaction was.

They phone a couple of times a day. No one is there, and if I don't answer, they don't leave a message.

stop2stop" THIS IS A SCAM

Three calls within 30 minutes. I did not answer. Left a message on their third try. Requested my son (actually used his name) call them back as soon as possible. Claimed to be Bank of America. This is obviously a scam to collect personal information.
