this number calls constantly. They've called early in the morning, and as late as 10 at night. They call on weekends, and nothing makes me madder!! Something needs to be done about whatever they are!

(a) COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLY.  Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt --

(1) at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the consumer. In the absence of knowledge of circumstances to the contrary, a debt collector shall assume that the convenient time for communicating with a consumer is after 8 o'clock antimeridian and before 9 o'clock postmeridian, local time at the consumer's location.

the last time I picked up the lady yelled at me and told me to answer the f*cking phone then hung up. weird.

Numerous calls every day. Usually one mesage for someone not living at this number. I am on th do not call list.

I get calls from this number all the time. I tell them the person does not have this number and I don't know them. Last time I YELLED at the person to stop calling my number...that was yesterday 9-23-07 and the next day they have called 3 times in 3 hours. This is out of control.

The only way to stop them from calling is to send a Cease Communication letter VIA Certified Mail (with return receipt requested). Keep copies of EVERYTHING! If their calls continue and you have documented proof that they received your letter, they are subject of fines by the FDCPA up to $1,000 PER violation.

The company is called Pencro associates their a collection agency. They like to harass people and hang up when they don't get the results they want.

This is a Collection Agency called Penncro Associates, Inc., PO Box 1878, South Hampton, PA 18966-9998 or PO Box 1209 Oaks, PA 19456. They are used by Bank of America for collection of past due credit card balances.

WTF ... I just got the phone/line and my very first phone call was from those guys... my cc balances are 0, never had credit problems .... again ... WTF ... my very first phone call on a new phone.... and then they called 3 more times in 2 hours and no answer when i picked up. UNREAL

I get calls from this company 3 to 10 times a day. When ever I answer I do not hear anything but air. If I let it go to voice mail they do not leave a message. Just now they called 3 times in 15 minutes and no one is on the other end.

This number began calling my cell phone 2 months ago once a day looking for someone that we do not know.  I have told them this 4 times and each time they say it takes 24 hours for the number to be deleted out of the system.  After 2 months, we are now receiving 5 calls a day and unable to speak to a supervisor.  I am reporting them to FTC and sending a cease communication letter.  They are rude and obnoxious.  We need to shut this company down.

I have twice had calls from this number... to my cell phone.  Both times I did not answer, and both times no message was left.  From reading other posts people say it is Bank of America's collection agency?  I have no idea why BofA would try to collect from me.  I don't owe them anything.  But then, like I said, no one has left me a message.

Gurr they keep calling on my cell!!!!!!!!  WTF! I have to report them to someone!

I too have been receiving numerous calls daily (sometimes several times within 1 hour).  My husband called the number back and spoke to a Hector who identified himself as a supervisor.  He also told us their company name was Penncro (see full name and address below).
We called our local police department and filed a report.  I suggest all of you who are tired of them do the same.

This person called at 5 am one morning and then called around 1:30 pm just playin music for a short while then telling me to please hold.

Get a call from the number every 1-2 weeks, usually sometime before 2pm Mountain Time between Monday and Wednesday.  On two occasions when I answered, they asked for somebody named "Joshua".

On one occasion, I refused to answer the caller's request and instead asked what company she represented.  She refused to answer that three times and kept insisting to know whether there was a "Joshua" present.  On another ocassion, the caller again asked for Joshua, I requested the company name and got one, responded that there is no Joshua at the number and I was unaware of any business dealings with the company in question.  The caller thanked me and that, I hoped, was the end of it.

Unfortunately, that didn't stop the calls.  Still coming.

These guys have been calling a friend of mine,like 6 times a day,for months...I'm [***] pissed off!!!!
