Since January. I've never answered the phone once and have no voice mail set up. But it is very annoying. Isn't there a way to just block the damn number?

I have gotten five calls in two days from this number.  Don't know their point in doing this.  How can you block their number?

These people call at least once a day - usually twice a day. It is an apparent collection agency - they stated they were calling regarding an overdue GE account - when we told them that we have never had a GE account they continued to insist so just hung up. They continue to call.

Left message to call.  didn't say what the matter was pertaining to.

I got enough of it this crp is bull chit why they getting telephones number to bather people and why the telephone companies give them away and if its the collection agency they can kiss my a*s I had an account keeping truck of my Spence's but 7 month later they came out with a ship scuse that I dint have enough balance and the 200 that I deposit was a due that I have the pass month so thinking I have money a star buying lunch every time I use it was 35 dlrs charge when up to 250 and they keep coming with excuses knowing that I keep truck of my Spence's that's the  bank of am***rica never resolve anything this happen couple of times but last time I have it with this def

This #'s needs to be put out of service. I'm sick of the call. Its a woman asking for brandy. What is this??? Does anyone on here have a GE credit card??? I think that is where the number comes from...

An old lady keeps calling from this number and leaving messages on my daughters cell phone.  She keeps leaving personal messages. Today, she took the cake, she left a message saying that she hoped that this person that she was leaving the message for was still alive!!! My daughter was so mortified and worried, she's only 12 yrs. old.

this number keeps calling me everyday, several times a day.  I got a new cell phone and new number and ever since then I've been receiving these calls.  How can we stop this from happening?!!!  When I finally decided to answer the call it was a automated woman saying "please hold for the next representative" so I hung up but they keep calling back and if you don't answer the phone they leave a message to call back.  It's very strange.

calls about 3 times a day which costs me money. they ask for marla or something and want to set up an appointment with me.  they say they're from bonga or something like that and the dude sounds asian

It is a collection agency named Pencro (Associates).  Check out ripoffreport.com.  They are calling me about my ex-wife's overdrawn, written off Bank of America checking account.  They do not listen whenever I them EX, EX, EX wife.  They want ME to send in a written request for them to stop calling me and boy are they nasty, few of them have screamed at me.  I have them saved as 'ignore' on my cell.

I am getting so tired of this number..as soon as i got my new phone and number, I started getting calls & when i try to call back to tell them to stop calling me, they have me on hold for so long I have to hang up because it's just a waste of my minutes. If anyone has any info on how to stop these calls, please let me know.

Annoying agressive collection agency. I'm going to notify the attorney general about them.  horrible people working there they all sound like low lifes

They actually call from different numbers. I have been getting these calls for months and I have not had any messages. Just last week Ms Preston left a message telling me not asking but telling me to call her. I had spoken with this heifer before and she was the rudest person. I wanted to know why the heck they have been calling me. I have impeccable credit and I certainly do not do business with Bank of America. She cussed me out when I asked her why, who and what she wanted...she refused to tell me anythign so I told her to stop calling me. Now she is still calling. I cannot believe that people are so rude. Does this company scrape the bottom of the barrel for outsourcing? In any case, they have barked up the wrong fricking tree because I will take Ms Preston and her tired A&&%&* supervisors to court because this is purposeful harassment.

Getting frequent calls from this number.  Sometimes I answer the phone and no one talks - silence - other times they're asking that I call back.  How can we get this to stop?

Not from this particular number, but from the same company.  The number that showed on my caller ID was, get this, 1-111-111-1111.  How's that for cowardess.  The number they told me to call was 1 866-834-2660.  This call was not even for me, and I have had calls from them in the past.  The refuse to take my number off of theri records, because they think I am lying to them, and they won't tell me what it is about.  In fact, the guy hung up on me this morning, saying he wasn't going to aruge with me, and would not take my number off their calling list.  I too have had calls late at night and on Sundays, as well as munltiple times in one day

I finally picked up the call on this one (after about 3 calls for the day) and it says to push 9 to speak to someone and so I did (to tell them that I was NOT the person they keep leaving messages for) and I was disconnected!!! I have had this phone number for atleast 1 1/2 years now and the calls never stop.  HOW do I get them to stop calling me?????

This company is Pencro and Associates. They call my cellphone repeatedly and ask ME to hang on because all associates are currently busy. Normally I just hang up, but I got tired of getting them. I called them back and had to give the operator the number that they have been calling. Once I gave them that number, they told me who they were looking to speak with (not me) and that they would remove me from their call list. We'll see.

I have gotten so tired of this caller they would call and even when my machine answered they would play music and say "hold on"!  I'm telling everyone to CALL THE FTC AND REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.  I just did and she took down all the information.  IF enough of you do this they can get these people!
The number to call is 1-877-FTC-help   then choose option 2 for "other complaints".  The girl I spoke to was very helpful.
ALSO get on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY she told me that works too and if they still call you then you can call that registry and complain about them too.  Writing comments here only helps others to see their not the only ones getting these calls but we need to ACTUALLY REPORT THEM TO THE FTC to get something done about them!
