I have gotten so tired of this caller they would call and even when my machine answered they would play music and say "hold on"!  I'm telling everyone to CALL THE FTC AND REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.  I just did and she took down all the information.  IF enough of you do this they can get these people!
The number to call is 1-877-FTC-help   then choose option 2 for "other complaints".  The girl I spoke to was very helpful.
ALSO get on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY she told me that works too and if they still call you then you can call that registry and complain about them too.  Writing comments here only helps others to see their not the only ones getting these calls but we need to ACTUALLY REPORT THEM TO THE FTC to get something done about them!

This caller calls several times a day.  When I pick up either I'm told to hold (by a machine), then I'm told all operators are busy and the call disconnects.  The other thing that happens is when I pick up the call just disconnects automatically.  If I let the call go to voicemail I get a message saying "this is an important call."

BEWARE of this number.  They call and say please continue to listen to this message if your name is _____. If this is not your name, please hang up.  When you call the number, no one answers.  This must be a scam.  DO NOT call this number.  Register a complaint at 1-877-FTC-help.

they call and tell my answering machine if you continue to listen that means that you acknowledge that this is your debt and this phone call is for you knowing darn well that a machine cant understand or answer another machine. if you happen to pick the phone up there is no human to interact with.

PLEASE PEOPLE file your complain to FTC(government agency). Please, please. Continue to file a complaint or else these people will continue to bother you.

This number calls repeatedly and does not leave a message. I have told them the person they are calling is not at this number and they still keep calling.

yeah they keep calling my husband will pick it up and no one answers they call back again he hangs it up. And they call again getting really tiresome. Our phone company has a feature that we can restrict this call from coming through. They gt told that our number will not recieve calls from that number they are calling from

This number keeps calling and asking for some Lady that is unknowen to us 2-4 times a day. Told them not to call anymore,we dont know this person . Pencro just wont stop calling.My folks are in there 80's ,and they say Pencro tries to get then to say talk & makes them get upset- because the phone-is always RINGING.

Started getting these calls the day I got the blackberry from my new job...they call roughly every 2 or 3 days. I just ignore it now.

BOGUS calling and do not identify themselves!!!!!!!!

They have been calling for seems like a year om and off.  They leave a message for Veda Liggins to call them back.  I called them back once and told them that no one by that name lived here and to quit calling.  They acted like I was lying and were very rude.

Received call from 866-779-9279.  Waited for their automated machine to kick over to a live operator. They were calling from Penncro & Associates who are collecting on debts for Bank of America.  I never had an account with Bank of America and told them this. They even had my social security number. I google mapped them. They call me again I'll tell them I'm waiting outside. give them a few land marks and describe the scenery. I bet they'll leave me alone then.

I called asking who keeps calling this number.They refused to disclose who they are.They were able to unblock the phone number I was calling from and stated they called the number in error.They call 10 times a day its really annoying.I am going to report them to the do not call registry and ftc.

I got the same call on my Cell # and when I ask what it was about the lady would not tell me and hung-up.  Everyone who got a call from this company, I understand to be Penncro Associates--Everyone call them and Hang-up!!

If 100's of people this all day long and tie-up their lines it will get the hint!
