These people have been calling me for over 6 years because I have a VA loan. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling me and to remove my number from their list. Now I just refuse to answer the phone.

Everyday, 2 - 3 times a day, Mortgage Investors of America" call my number. I have asked, threatened and even have them on call block but they continue to phone (my call block records when they call). I am fed up with them and can not find a way to get them to stop.

Just went to their website and asked to have my phone # removed...let's see if it really works...same time tomorrow?  lol

I got a call from these people stating their was unusual activity on my credit card. I checked directly with my bank and there is nothing unusual. I am not taking their call or calling them back. I reported them to my bank.

They call every day and when I answer they wait a moment, then hang up. So annoying!

Been getting calls from this company for several months several times a day from early in the morning to late at night.  In the past week I have told several of the "employees" (Kyle Striker) to take my number off the list.  This morning at 7 am I get another call shortly after going to sleep. I read the riot act to the guy and he transferred my call to a supervisor that says that his employees are probably incompetent in doing their jobs and are probably putting in wrong reference numbers.  So I read this guy Ryan Ballet the riot act for making these harassing calls and for waking me up.  He tells me he must terminate the call because I'm not talking nice to him.  Okay supervisor Mr. Ryan Ballet....game on.

I just for a call from them today.  They wanted to talk about my VA loan.  When I told him I was on the Do Not Call list he said it didn't matter he wasn't trying to sell me anything.  Really? So I assume that means they'll call again and again.  I have caller ID, I think I'll get a whistle and blow it really long and loud next time he calls.  Maybe that Do Not Call list will get his attention!

First I looked up 866 numbers and it's a toll free prefix set up to charge the person receiving the call.  I, too, went on the live chat pop-up for mortgageinvestors.com and they said they would remove my number from their list.

daily,  I wish there was something to stop them.  I have reported this number to the Federal Trade Commission,  AT&T cannot block this number.  ..........

They call all the time, and I never answer because i know it's a stupid company. Thank you everyone for telling me what they are. :D

numerous calls daily from this number; they leave no message; when answer, no one is on the line; they are calling an old number that was just now assigned to us.  (386-438-8129).  STOP THE PHONE CALLS!!!!!

They call 2 to 3 times a day. I've asked then 5 times to stop calling but they continue, everyday. My home is paid for. I would never use this company for their lack of RESPECT.

I get around 3-5 telephone calls from Mortgage Investors of America.  I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list....but the calls keep coming.  I am so tired of getting these interupting calls!!!  Please help me!

I took your advice and went to the web site.  The life chat was easy to use.  Hopefully the will stop calling.  If not, I saved the chat and now have documentation

Totally called 8 times 3 different operators answered and id just hang up bahahahaha it felt great.

They keep calling and no one talks.

These people will stop at nothing, and niether will I at this point. How can they possibly justify the expence, after ticking everyone off. I would now rot in hell before doing any business with the likes of the same. The only thing they have to gain for me, is a taste of hate.
